I made the mistake of going here for my taxes last year, & they failed my expectations in so many ways:
(1) My POC was impossibly difficult to contact. She would only telephone, & the only message she would leave would be «call me». I call, she doesn’t answer, I leave message, & the cycle starts over again. Despite me asking her to please leave me a message specifying what she needs from me.
(2) When she did my taxes, which included revising 3 returns back as well, I was told to expect about $ 12k back. I ended up pocketing about $ 2k, because she did the returns wrong.
Their customer service is terrible, and (at least my rep)… why are they in the business of tax accounting if they don’t know how much you’ll get back? AWFUL experience.
