Becky Nguyen is wonderful to work with, always putting her client first. She is knowledgeable and prepared to answer any question you throw at her. She makes herself available to her clients on weekends and holidays and even on her own wedding day! Selling while buying our next house was certainty a big task that needed an expert Realtor. We were blessed with our first child 2013 where we needed more yard, safer place, and great school district. We need someone who understands the Atlanta real estate market so Becky and Andrew of Red&Co Real Estate came to us highly recommended from a friend around April 2014.
Becky worked with us diligently helping us understand the market with statistic facts, guided us on setting the right price point to avoid chasing the market, and providing tips in organizing and making our house ready for market. She listed our house, marketed it for one weekend (Fri and Sat) for showing, and come Sunday with multiple offers (8) over asking price. Within the month, we were at the closing table. Even though, she didn’t set an expectation on how fast we’ll get to closing, we’re extremely satisfied with Becky and her team at Red&Co Real Estate throughout this selling process.

New transplants from TX bought a property back in 2008. The process was not fun and very stressful. T H E N came Becky and Andrew.
When we decided to sell our property in 2010, Becky came highly recommended by a friend. I didn’t have high hopes in the beginning as the property was in the market for a year when we purchased.
She came to our initial face to face meeting highly prepared. She explained what her firm offered and current market analysis should we decide to list. She was very patient and did not pressure us either way.
Red & Company is what I like to call a FULL SERVICE Realty. Becky helped from staging to showing. However, due to the market at the time, she recommended that we wait to list at a later time.
Fast forward couple of personal life changes and in 2014 she recommended to try again. Our property was a hard sell considering the lack of backyard. Despite the flaws, she was able to focus and stage the home to bring out the pluses.
We went under contract shortly after and I have to say that it was the least stressful closing I have been to in my life (6 closings total).

Becky and Andrew helped my husband and I with buying our last home. We had no time frame for moving (read: not incredibly motivated buyers), but she was willing to show us a lot of houses and suffer through the search. She even talked us out of buying a house because it would have had poor resell value. We really appreciated her team looking out for our best interest. Her recommendations for brokers, inspectors, etc. seemed reliable. Overall, she made the stressful process of buying a house pretty easy.

Becky was recommended to me by a friend of mine prior to moving to Atlanta. As a result of working with Becky, my wife and I were able to successfully purchase a house through a short, and through Becky’s negotiation and resources, able to get it at a great price with a pleasant experience.
During the house hunting process, Becky showed us many houses. Some we picked from her MLS emails, some we found on Zillow. The house we ultimately bought, we actually found when we were visiting a friend who lived on the same street. The house was put up for short sale, and was under contract by the time we saw it. We lamented at the fact, and let Becky know — that the house, due to location, floor plan, and price, would have been a house we would have seriously considered. She advised us that she’ll keep an eye on the house, as not all contracts go through.
Sure enough, a week later, I received a call from Becky that the house is back on the market! She acted quickly, contacting the realtor and scheduling for a walk through. My wife and I knew going in that a short sale can be a complicated process, and some real estate agents have no clue about it. Becky has experience in short sales, and navigated the process seamlessly and we closed in about 30 days. 30 days! Everyone else I’ve spoken to took months and months dragging on before they could close.
Not only did we get a great deal due to the short sale, but Becky’s negotiation tactics got the owner to fix some things — even though, the house is supposed to be sold ‘as is’. I don’t know what she said, but I’m glad she was on my team!
Throughout the entire process, Becky walked us through and was very knowledgeable and responsive in communications. She even recommended a mortgage lender to us. After shopping around from big banks, to credit unions, to online aggregaters (lending tree), the person she recommended gave us the best rate, and was also a pleasure to work with.
Now, I realize buying a house can be a complicated process with many factors involved, and your miles may vary. Maybe the person you’re buying the house from wouldn’t budge in negotiation, or you find a lender that has a better deal or the short sale drags on due to external factors. Regardless, you can be assured that Becky will hands down, try her best to complete the transaction and make it a pleasant experience.
Buying/​selling a house is a big deal. I think everyone should do their due diligence when choosing a realtor and not blindly pick someone based off an Internet recommendation. But I would definitely recommend anyone to contact Becky — you will find that she will pass any of your cross examination questions!

Becky and Drew is as good as it gets. I needed a realestate agent to find a great deal on a house and they got it in about 2 weeks. I needed to sell my townhouse and they got a buyer in 1 week.
