It’s the second time we’ve used Party Execs for an event of about 125 — 150. We’d do so again.

I discovered Party Execs through a simple Google search for caterers in Atlanta, and couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. From the initial touchpoint, Kenna was responsive, flexible, and open-​minded. She listened to my ideas, drew from the «inspiration» visuals I sent her, and accommodated the recipes that I sent her. She took in every request I had with enthusiasm — every aspect of the event was fully customized.
On the day of the event, she and her team arrived on time and executed the setup flawlessly. She nailed the overall vision I had, and completely blew me away with her taste and style. She was friendly, welcoming, and an absolute delight to work with. Our event had a rustic theme and she brought wooden platters, mason jars, flowers, and more.
I’d highly recommend her to anyone, for any event, and would happily use Party Execs for future events. Cheers!

Party Execs was our caterer for an 85 person tech event in Atlanta. From the beginning, Kenna and team were so responsive to our requests. I was planning this event from afar and they were my eyes onsite — doing an event walk through and sending me mock ups how to set up the space, suggesting a fun local popsicle company to bring in during our afternoon snack and in general, just offering up a lot of local knowledge and advice. We were thrilled with the food, their professionalism and attention to details. Our guests raved about it too! To top things off, their pricing was very reasonable. I will be using Party Execs for any corporate events catering needs we have in Atlanta from now on.

Hiring Kenna & Party Execs is the best decision you can make for your wedding. Every time you meet with her, she will make you feel a million times better, no matter how stressed you are with planning. We learned of this company because it was one of the approved caterers on the list for the Wimbish House. After the excellent service, I don’t see how anybody planning a wedding could go with anyone else.
Right from the first meeting, you can tell that 1) Kenna is a well seasoned professional who will take care of things you wouldn’t even think of and 2) She’s a great, fun, and awesome person. We were just planning to hire her as a caterer but when we met her we decided to hire her as a Day-​Of-​Coordinator. All in all we had a first meeting, a tasting, for which she came to our house, and two walk throughs at the venue with her. Each time we had tons of fun and talked for way longer than planned. The choices in the creating the menu are varied and everything is exceptionally tasty. We had shrimp cocktails, bruschetta, stuffed tomatoes, chicken (so tender!), roast beef, pasta, salad with champagne dressing, and maybe some other things I can’t remember. Even though we had a wedding cake, we also opted for the dessert bar, which the guests LOVED.
Kenna was an angel on the wedding day. There were little hiccups (the chair decorations wouldn’t stay, or the centerpieces were crooked, etc) that she took care of with a smile the whole time. She even sent up a tray of appetizers and entrees for my husband and I before we went in for the reception, knowing that we would barely have time to eat between the greeting of guests and starting the dancing. I hadn’t even thought of what one vegan guest would eat, but Kenna ensured that a vegan friendly version of our food was made and sent out for her. When we made it to the W for our wedding night, Kenna had sent champagne and chocolate strawberries to our room.
And the whole time she’s taking care of everything, Kenna had a bun in the oven! She never seemed tired once and always got back to us in a timely manner! Do yourself a favor and hire the best caterer in town.

I hired Party Execs for an academic conference of 75 delegates for breakfast, coffee breaks/​snacks, lunch and a passed hors d’oeuvres and drinks reception. Kenna worked with me to put together a menu, taking into account the budget, the audience, last minute food allergies, and other special circumstances.
Kenna’s team, led by her manager Michael, had to cater in a space without an adequate prep kitchen… and what’s worse the sink broke during the event. Micahel and his staff handled everything with professionalism and were cool and collected, no one at the event had any idea what challenges the Party Execs team were facing.
The event was perfectly delivered. My team and I were very pleased with Party Execs and would hire them again. We’ve done a lot of these events in various cities in the US and I can definitely say working with Kenna was a pleasure! Like another reviewer said, it’s like working with a friend.
PS– the potato salad is the best I’ve ever had!

I was going to have to plan our wedding from California so I was given Kenna’s card by Beth at the Wimbish House. I called Kenna and she accepted me as a client. Thrilled to say the least that I found a venue and planner on the same day. Even more thrilled once I learned that she is a caterer, flower go to, wedding veil steamer and just about anything you need.
Kenna allowed us to pick the menu and then brought samples of all the food to us one Saturday and it was amazing ! We stuck to my roots for the menu and went all out southern food.
Kenna has an amazing personality and so easy to work with, I have to say every aspect of our day went above all expectations.
Micheal was there also to ensure all went well. They are a great team!
I just can’s say enough good things about them both as party planners and people. Down to earth good hearts and they know their business.
You really can’t go wrong by choosing this wonderful team.
In the end we actually moved back to Atlanta before the wedding but I could not have done such a beautiful wedding without Kenna’s help. She is full of great ideas and has a great sense of what you like or want within 5 minutes of talking to you. They say when people do what they love it is not really work and I feel like this dynamic duo really loves what they do.

Party Execs was a great catering company for my hospitality event over Final Four Weekend. From jump, Kenna was easy to work with as our menu and numbers changed quite a few times. Speaking with Kenna was like calling an old friend for a favor. Once on-​site, Michael and the team were professional and helpful. My client raved about the food and the staff throughout the weekend. Party Execs not only provided food but some great decorations (tall vases full of peaches with a Final Four basketball on top) at no extra cost. Speaking of cost, price point was great for a large party!
I would definitely use Party Execs again and would recommend them to anyone needing a caterer in Atlanta.

I cannot say enough, however I’ll start here… Kenna Scott and her awesome catering company handled an event for my networking group The Circle of Trust-​Atlanta and I want to say WOW and thank you! She and her staff arrived on time, set-​up the necessary tables with cloths and helped The Circle to put on an memorable event. The food was delicious, the food stations and the wine/​beer bars were kept neat and stocked throughout the entire event. Our quests were chatted-​up and if needed courtesy plates were prepared for those who couldn’t break away from conversation.
We will be using them again at our next even at Sweetwater 420 later this month. If you are in need of a stellar caterer with a fine menu selection and the ability to show up and completely leave you with your hands free and comfortable knowing that your guests are being satisfied, PLEASE GIVE THEM A CALL, HIRE THEM TODAY!!! They service many types of engagements and even do private dinners. Kudos to Kenna Scott (and husband) and their fabulous catering business.
