Curt B.
Business Owner
Curt Bohling has over twenty-five years of experience as a professional chef. He sees food as art and himself as an artist. Each of his culinary creations is designed to be more than delicious, it is meant to be an experience. Like an artistic master, he combines his highly trained skill, his innate vision and creativity, and his deep understanding of the complexities of taste to craft dishes that engage the senses and are sure to please the most discriminating palates.
Chef Curt’s culinary expertise was developed through years of study and apprenticeships with some of Atlanta’s most celebrated chefs. As part of his training at the American Culinary Federation Educational Institution, he served as an apprentice in a four-year certification program at The Ritz Carlton-Buckhead. During this program, Chef Curt was honored to work with Gunter Seeger, famed chef of The Dining Room Restaurant, The Ritz Carlton-Buckhead.
