These little gems are prepared by master chef and go through there maturation process straight to you at our convenient Kiosk location held to the perfect temperature until consumption. Macaron Queen is proud to offer a large variety of gourmet macarons in tasting bags starting at $ 3.75 for 3 pieces. We have been in business for a year now and appreciate all our customers who understand the Agricultural Department limitations since we are a kiosk. We can not hand out samples since there is no kitchen. In order to make it cost effective a sampling bag is offered. Occationally limited edition Double Process SPECIALTY Macarons will be offered in tasting bags. However to really dig deep into the Talent’s of the Queen it is best to purchase our 4.5 oz or boxes. Another thing we don’t add gelatin or marshmellow to our mix to keep the taste pure and fresh … so they stay prettier when not squished in a bag. But then again If you are like us. and want to enjoy this heavenly snack daily then a bag will do!

History

Established in 2013.

To be or not to be a macaron is the question? Macaron Queen is an exclusive macaron bakery. Starting off as a supplier of macarons for other businesses, many who followed the recipe of the Queen felt it was time for her delicious cookie to come out from behind the shadows and claim her territory. Until recently macarons were not as popular in the states due to their cost. Those who made it for centuries in France dominated the industry. Just because you are a pastry chef did not necessariy qualify you as a master of the the macaron. The recipe although simple has a technique. One in which deviating doesn’t make it original or better it just means it’s not a macaron! MQ prides herself on offering the cookie in the original light recipe. From shortcakes, to ganaches her macarons and fillings are made from scratch and bursting with flavor but not the calories. A favorite of fashionista’s around the world it made sense for our 1st location in the Mall!
