Mr. Cummings has been recognized in the area of workers’ compensation law by Georgia Super Lawyers, a rating service limited to 5% of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high-​degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Mr. Cummings also holds an «AV-​Preeminent» peer review rating from Martindale-​Hubbell, which is the highest rating available.

During his career Mr. Cummings has, obtained certification as a mediator and performed numerous mediations involving a variety of workers’ compensation issues, published numerous articles in the firm’s client journal, and served as a faculty member for Lorman Educational Services and the Georgia State Board of Workers’ Compensation’s Annual Seminar in Atlanta.

Mr. Cummings is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Georgia, and he has extensive trial experience before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation.
