This group is a true asset to the Atlanta law community. I’ve dealt with many attorneys, for different reasons related mostly to business, through the years, and I have to say that David, Josh and Doug (the three partners/​owners/​and the three attorneys of the firm) are the best of the best when it concerns their expertise in Atlanta law. Not only do they have great professional attitudes, an always friendly and considerate manner, an upstanding and hardworking team but they are also always understanding of your concerns. They are locally educated and worked their way up in the Atlanta court systems (important in this town when it comes to law and our judges). They may also have a convenient address, but it won’t reflect on your bill. Most of all, they treat you as a real person, not just a client with a checkbook. I’ve dealt with them with a few different legal issues, and you always work with the attorney that specializes in your needs, not the one that may have the lowest case load at the time, which is a huge plus when you choose a law firm. They also do not pass you off to their paralegals or assistants after you meet them (so common these days with a lot of firms). I worked with Josh on my first case, and he is the guy you want on your side in a court room, hands down. So incredibly knowledgable of the law, of what you can most likely expect (so you can have ease of mind walking in the court room, if court is needed) and very respected in the Atlanta/​Metro Atlanta court systems. David Olsen and I worked for about a year together on a very complicated yet personal issue of mine, and I truly feel blessed to have had the opportunity to have him as my attorney, and confidant, through the entire process. He never once gave me the feeling that his advice was weighted in favor of anything or anyone besides my best interest. He went above and beyond the call of duty many times, always made me feel I was his most important client, made sure I was well versed (when I requested more information) on what the law stated and how it would affect my choices (without making me feel like I was wasting his time or belittling me for not understanding something), made sure that I was looking at the big picture (especially those times I would veer off into a singular, and sometimes emotionally generated, focus), always knew when I needed space to digest something and never was too pushy (but made sure I stayed updated on deadlines, and would not let me get by missing something important). He is a true professional, motivated by his integrity, respected by his colleagues, and appreciated by his clients. If this law firm is the type of law you are needing, you will be very pleased to have them on your side and lucky that you do! If they cannot help you, they can lead you to someone that can, as their network in the Atlanta community is also the best of the best, which is actually how I found them through one of the best employment attorneys in Atlanta!
