Atlanta Rental Services Inc., was established to provide quality long-​term tenant placement and property management functions for those Lanldords/​Investors who did not have the time or resources to address securing viable long-​term tenants and at the same time need assistance in implementing documentation (lease, renewal and inspection docs), as well as address all marketing, screenings etc., and at the same time want to keep their expenses to a minimum to maximize their overall profit margins etc.
