Forever Cheese

History

Established in 1998.

Forever Cheese is an importer working with distributors nationwide to meet the increasing demand for Mediterranean products. Forever Cheese focuses primarily on cheese but is constantly evolving to include more specialty foods to better serve the American market. Founders Michele Buster and Pierluigi Sini personally hand select each item directly from our producers.

Forever Cheese’s goal is to source the highest quality, most unique and genuine products from Italy, Spain, Portugal, and Croatia to import to the United States.

Forever Cheese launched the brand Mitica® to unify its product line. It is a Latin word for mythic and a name which could be interchangeably Portuguese, Italian or Spanish. It is also easy to pronounce, MIH-​tih-​kah, with the accent on the first syllable.

The company is proud to represent exclusively the following brands: Fulvi®, Dehesa Cordobesa®, El Trigal®, Drunken Goat®, Ca De Ambros®, Bonati, Italfine, Caro, Casa Pareja, CARM and Mitica®.
