Walmart Supercenter

I am kind of disappointed in the Ashland Walmart because of certain things. They seem to have a nice stock of everything, but their customer service was not the best. My fiancé was trying to simply just trade a game in and it took almost an hour for them to do this. They told him that they would be awhile with the first customer, but customer service up front could help him. Once he walked the whole way up to customer service and waited in line for fifteen minutes, she had no idea what he was talking about. He then walked back to the game center and finally got help after waiting another fifteen minutes. Once they started trading the game in, that took about another fifteen to twenty minutes. The people were on the nicer side, but man do they take forever. I also went back the day after to trade another game and the lady told me to hold on because she wanted to show her MANAGER how to do a video game trade in. Shouldn’t the manager know how to do that already? The manager was helping someone else and I had to stand around and wait fifteen minutes for them. Once they finally came to help me, she proceeded to take forever and X out of the trade in twice. I even heard her say to her manager that everything Walmart does is slow.
