I haven’t used their service, so this review is only about one small aspect of their business. We didn’t like how their service vehicle idled in front of houses for long periods, so we complained. All we wanted was for them to consider a more eco-​friendly approach.
Well, they gave their clients (or at least the ones across from us) the complaint report and our names, so we started getting nasty emails from them. Not exactly the behavior of a professional business.
Just keep that in mind if you’re concerned about your privacy.
