I only gave this place a 1 star because I didn’t have an option for anything worse. This place is an absolute joke if I have ever seen one. Doug is a con man who ends up charging you ridiculous prices and doing work without your knowledge. Also, the amount they charge just in labor will make your head spin. I will NEVER go back to this shit hole and I will spread the word to EVERYONE I can to do the same. GO AWAY!!!

My latest trip to Tuffy’s will likely be my last. With the latest work they did on my car they used premium parts at a premium price with a premium charge for labor. I can understand that they stand behind their work, but I really just wanted my issue solved and did not care to have such a large bill when I could have gone to my usual service station and gotten the same service where they give me options on the parts and would have charged me 25% less. The only reason I went back to Tuffy’s was because I thought the issue was related to work I had done a year ago and this job was not related. As much as I like to promote locally owned and operated businesses it is unlikely I will return to this one again.
