History
Established in 2009.
Jean Bakewell and Kay Cutter are relatively new to the bakery business. Basically creative artists, they have sold their artwork in and around Ashland, Oregon for the past 20 years.
In 2009, they started the Recession Candy Co. and began selling English Toffee at local markets. Soon other businesses including a yogurt shop as well as the Shakespeare Festival began carrying their toffee.
They recently added scones, biscotti and a savory to their product line, now they call themselves «The Rolling Scones».
