Privately owned for 27 years by a group of local partners, we have been providing exceptional quality senior living to Denver’s seniors. History

Established in 1986.

Beginning with the first wing of the Springwood Independent Living building in 1986, our campus has grown to become home to over 300 seniors. in 1991 we added Nightingale Suites assisted living and in 1996 the Nightingale Lane Alzheimer’s care community. As residents’s needs change, we have changed with them by offering a consistent, continuum of care. Rounding out the campus are 28 cottages, built in two phases. The West Cottages were built first in the late 1990’s and the East Cottages were completed in 2004 along with our Fountains retirement apartments. The vision of the partners was and is to provide exceptional quality senior living at a reasonable cost.
