Decent food, would have been better if my order was correct. The inside seating area is cool and I was excited to start coming here(just moved to this side of town), but after the indifferent staff charged me for food I didn’t order… yeah, no. My first and last experience here was really disappointing. I would not recommend paying to eat here.

I have been to many Noodles & Company locations and have noticed that this location always gives off positive vibes with its workers and is always very clean! I would be providing this comment through an online survey, but the man who took my order refused to give me my survey slip and actually crumbled it right in front of me; perhaps it was because he knew he had provided heinous customer service. I expected this man to be very official due to his collared manager shirt, but after excessive sass and a poor attitude I realized that I had overestimated him. Because I eat small portions, I asked for a kids’ meal. He then told me that I was too old. I persisted upon my order and he rang me up, but because he had tried to fight it and took too long, he had entered it incorrectly. This was the same man that was sitting in the dining room rolling silverware upon my arrival. I will say that a young man from the back of the restaurant with a septum ring provided a much better Noodles experience. When I entered the restaurant, he looked up from his cleaning and immediately greeted me and my friend. He was also the one who corrected my order and was very happy to help. He would be the reason for me to return to this location, but the fact that he is being managed by such a poorly behaved supervisor really made me disappointed with my Noodles experience.

Ok. .first of all. .I’m a single mom of 3 kids. .they can be loud at times. The guy behind the counter(the one with green hair) was great! Amazing customer service. He even came over and gave my kids free rice crispy treats. .though he should’ve asked me first only because of allergies. not that my kids have any but there are a lot of kids that do. Keep up the good work!

This was probably one of the worst Noodles I have been to. We went last Thursday for Kid’s Night and the lady ringing us up charged us full price for the kids meal. I noticed it after I sat down and instead of waiting in the long line to have her correct her mistake, I went to the pickup order line, which was empty and told the gentleman standing there the situation. He grabs an «Austin» who tells me they will fix it when my name is called. I explained again that I am not actually picking up food so my name was not going to be called. Austin then comes over, doesn’t apologize for the situation, takes about 10 minutes to issue the $ 5.40 back to my card, also slams his hands in frustration on the counter because it was busy and his phone was ringing… made me feel very uncomfortable. Another time we went here was for BOGO and I asked the young lady if she needed to see the coupon on my phone, she said no, and still rung me up at full price. My advice would be to not go here but if you do, double check that they applied any coupons before paying. If this Austin ever reads the reviews of his restaurant. I suggest you take a course on increasing your emotional intelligence, learn empathy, and don’t make your customers feel like shit for a mistake your shitty staff made.

Bring back the Sriracha! What a buzz kill finding out you discontinued offering it. I’m not gonna lie(as crazy at it may sound), I’ll come here less as a result. Also– 1st time at this location. Not sure what you didn’t do to my tofu, that I’m used to, but it looks different and tastes a lot worse. Come on N & C, don’t fix what ain’t broken!

It’s pretty standard, for a Noodles. Very clean inside, with prompt service. We always like our food. The rice Krispy treats are delicious, of course. It’s just nothing that exciting or unique. It’s a good place to go when my husband and I can’t agree on what to eat– I can get my asian noodle fix, and he can get some Italian. The kiddos are always happy to eat mac and cheese.

The location is new so I am giving it 4 stars since a few kinks still need to be worked out. However, for a Noodles and Company this is the first location where the ambiance is a bit more intimate. They have a mini bar with wine and expresso/specialty coffee drinks to order. The food is your typical Noodles food. Good location and in the spring/summer the outside patio seems really nice.

Got an invite to opening day. 10 minutes after I received it, it said«Full»?? I called the Manger and asked what’s up. She pretty much said tough luck. Welcome to the neighborhood…
