Go Green Heating & Air Conditioning

So far I have only used Go Green for a furnace tune-​up, but when I called, the lady on the phone was super pleasant and accommodating. Zach showed up on time and they even called to let me know he was on his way to my house. I wanted to learn how to change my furnace filter, so i crawled down into my crawl space with him and Zach was SO patient and explained everything he was doing. Gave me reasonable quotes/​estimate on what it will cost when I am ready to install a new furnace and water heater in the next year or 2.
Overall, super happy with the service I received and that I felt like he was giving me a down to earth, honest opinion on my current system, not trying to sell me anything I didn’t need at this time.

Great service. Great people. We just had an AC unit installed and John did a great job. Everyone was so great as new mom with a big dog in the house I was worried about having someone in the house all day but by the end of installation I couldn’t have been more comfortable and confident about this company. We had our heater repaired l last winter by them and gave it another go since we were happy with them then. Really exude a company that does things right and strives to do the right thing even if it is inconvenient for them. Appreciate them so much and love the AC.

I left a message for Go Green to have my furnace replaced. I will admit that I called during a severe cold-​snap in November 2014 and I’m sure they were dealing with a few emergencies. Anyway they did not call back until one month later. I already had my furnace replaced by 1^st Call (also reviewed in Unilocal) by then.

Called Zach this morning with a furnace problem where it lit and then died but the blower kept going. Zach was extremely patient and walked me through a couple of possible problems on the phone before we found the culprit which was a partially blocked vent. He offered to come out if need be but he was correct that we could fix it over the phone! Thanks Zach, fixed furnace with no service call or cost. I’ll certainly call Zach next time I end up with a furnace or AC problem!

Very fast, super professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. After being run around by some other companies that we had made an appointment with and then THEY cancelled on US, Zach was available same day and even took time after his regular hours to make sure the problem was fixed. I am going back to them for any future HVAC needs without a doubt.

Zach came out to troubleshoot my HVAC. He was honest, came right at the scheduled time, and provided good service.
I would definitely use him again for any Trane type HVAC systems.

Zach came out to our home and did a free manual J test and estimate for our new a/​c system. He was very professional and timely. He gave us a very reasonable quote, and it was the best price for the high quality Carrier system he installed. We decided to hire him. On the day of installation, he arrived on time with another gentleman. Both men made sure to introduce themselves to me, as they had only spoken with my husband prior. They were very respectful of my home and didn’t mind my small dog checking up on their work. The A/​C system was installed and the electrical work was completed within a few hours. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up great — had I not been home, I would never have known they were there. They charged us exactly what was quoted. NO hidden fees or surprise charges at the end. Zach from Go Green is very professional and I will recommend his company to friends & family. Thank you Zach and God bless!

I bought a furnace from Zach at Go Green in mid October 2012. My initial dealings with him were great. He seemed honest and helpful. The furnace was installed on time and for a reasonable price. They, however, did a slipshod job of creating a place for the air filter. The incoming air just goes around the air filter instead of through it. Unfiltered air going into my new furnace motor will drastically shorten the motors life. Zach said he would get it fixed. A month later, after several guarantees to repair the problem, the situation has not been rectified.
Warning… Be careful about having this guy in your home. He offers a free inspection of total heating space to ensure you are buying the right size furnace. But, while he is there, he is looking at your art and making judgments about you and your family. Then, he goes back to his office and researches you as an individual via the Internet. In my case, he found an adult industry tie. All absolutely unnecessary to install a furnace. Before he sent his installers to my house, he briefed them on the art in my home and what he found on the Internet. Then, while in MY home, installing a furnace, his installers had lengthy conversations with my minor daughter about what they been briefed on by Zach. They questioned her about the art in the house and various other embarrassing and unnecessary topics.
I highly recommended you avoid Zack and Go Green Heating and Air Conditioning. I have filed a complaint with the BBB since he refuses to repair the problem he agreed was a problem. He needs to keep his Christian values out his customers homes and discussing things with customers children is a major etiquette violation of reasonable and ethical business practices.
Zack has replied saying my daughter must have overheard the installers talking outside. It was 8 degrees outside that morning and she never left the house. The younger of the two installers was simply sitting around, in the house, chatting with her. The installers NEVER should have discussed anything with her whatsoever. Much less, adult topics and the warnings they had received.
He refers to the photos in my house as «pornography». Boudoir nudes are NOT pornography. He says he briefed the installers on the the content of my art so they could decide if they wanted to exposed to such things. The installers would never had any reason to be in my upstairs master bedroom. They came in the front door and went right to the basement. They would never had known they were even there if Zack had not felt it necessary to make a big deal out of it. His own installers said my house was not at all what they had been briefed to expect.
You can see from Zach’s reply that he does, indeed, personally judge his clients. You can see what he had to say in response. His job was to measure my house for proper heat loading. Not to judge me then have my daughter briefed on his opinion.
Just one mans opinion.
Update… It is now February 2013 and my heater is still running without a filter system.

Zac came to service my A/​C that had stopped working in the middle of a hot spell. He showed me why it had stopped working and how to keep it going with maintenance tips. He had it up and going in no time. Very professional and knows what he’s doing, he even gave me advice on how to save more money with maintenance on the furnace. i will definitely use him again for my heating & A/​C needs.
