The Reserve Cigar Lounge & Whiskey Bar.

Pretty small selection of sticks. But the lounge area is quite nice. They also have a members only area. Nice big screen tv and a table where Domino’s and Poker is played.
Overall, decent place. Could be better w/​a larger selection of smokes.

Reviews are very misleading. Walked in and was really turned off by the condition of the air quality, furniture, music, and most of all felt unwelcome by the regulars here as they stared me down when I asked if I could take a look at the selection and availability of my more fav sticks. I read good reviews here on Unilocal,but it seems it has changed owners recently and there really should be a new Unilocal account created.
It should be noted that the guy at the register was nice and inviting, but that was the only good thing about this place. The selection looked like it was picked clean, mostly empty boxes and bare space on the shelves.

I’ve been coming to the cigar lounge and it’s a nice, cleaning, relaxing place for first timers or members.
Very hospitable, good music, nice events and good management. Two lunges, B. Y. O. B, beer on tap, and wine free upon tipping in the tip jar. Great place for after game day events and birthday events. Come and smoke a good cigar at The Reserve.

First time going to this spot. Not a huge selection of cigars but the new owners helped me find a really good cigar that I would normally over look. It smoked great. They had a large pizza and offered a friend and myself to a couple of slices.
The atmosphere is relaxed and there is cold beer in the back with a donation tag attached.

Out of all of the cigar shops I’ve been to in Arlington this stands out as by far the best for its perfect customer service and friendly atmosphere. I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here.

This place used to be awesome; last 4 months or so It has taken a step dive into a dirty, stinky hell hole of low selection, putrid smoke stink and uncleaned furniture. While I gentle puffed my over priced stick, my arm stuck vapidly to the once beautiful leather sofa’s wooden arm. I reminisced about how just a few months ago this place was quiet, a relaxing haven; now its like a frat boy’s common room, and about as clean. The screaming reggae music (which I generally like, but not at full volume in a lounge) and the blaring television is not at all what this lounge should be or was originally intended to be. The air filters need a serious cleaning, as with only ½ full capacity of smokers, the air was putrid, and I know as I was a long time regular that its a matter of maintenance rather than capacity; the new owner doesn’t seem to care, and its shows in price, selection and cleanliness. No longer relaxing, it will be a long off an off day before I renter this place, such a shame; it used to be awesome.

I love going to Perfecto Cigaro! They always have great customer service good beer on tap which you get for providing a tip. They have a great air filtration system and incredibly comfortable leather chairs! Great atmosphere which is why my buddies and I go all the time.

Not the best selection, but the lounge is nice. They have most of the major brands, but they are a little pricier. But paying an extra dollar for a smoke is worth not having to pay a lounge fee. Plus they have shiner on tap; you tip the tip jar and pull a glass of cold beer. I think they had a wine as well, but it was a Sierra Mist… So I wasn’t super interested. lol.
There are better cigar shops, but not in Arlington. This place is great for grabbing a cigar over lunch break.

I had the idea to buy some cigars for a friend. And me, knowing nothing about cigars at all, took it upon myself to do some research into cigars. After talking with some smokers I know, I went to the internet to search for cigar shops. For all the times I’ve been at Lincoln Square I had no idea this spot was there.
When I walked in, a few people were sitting around in conversation. I low-​key expected the place to smell smoky but the air was fresh and clear. I was helped by a young woman who led me to their cigar room. I told her the type of person I was looking for (someone who’s not a cigar aficionado BUT is no beginner), the names of some suggested cigars and my budget. She took those kind of random things and had selections for me within a minute. Even gave me a couple of items complimentary, so I could stay within that budget.
The end result? Said friend loved the choices. Before I left I asked about hosting parties and they let me know they rent out a room in the back. BYOB, TVs, hookahs, you could even bring in music if you wanted. I’m now planning a party for my friends. It’s kind of intimidating entering a lounge full of cigars when you know nothing about them, but I felt at ease.
