The staff speaks to the customers in a very demeaning manner. It’s a bad look for this company. The need to a hire a more mature staff.. I would never return back.

They are overpriced and extremely rude. They don’t have a very large selection of glass, and what they do have is cheap but sold for way more than it should be. If you shop around you can find the same products at way cheaper prices. If you tell them somewhere sells it cheaper they treat you very poorly.

I like them they were very nice and explained everything. The were also patient and informative. I bought a hookah pen from them and it stopped working. I took it back 3 days later and they replaced the entire thing without any hassle and gave me a free eliquid as well!!! I give them an A+++

Awful service, uneducated employees, low grade over priced glass pieces, and uncomfortable atmosphere. I’d recommend ANY other shop! Plus they support and manufactured spice, which is not cool.

I’ve been here several of times. A little pricey but I get deals every once in a while. In the past I’ve bought a water pipe, small one hitter pipes and cheap grinders from here. They are always nice!

I like the Gas Pipe don’t get me wrong, but there’s something about selling bongs at 20 times what they should be charging to dopes in Arlington, TX that don’t know any better. Take it from me. You could go to Austin to get cheaper glass, but my suggestion is… hit the west coast. A bong that costs $ 300 at the Gas Pipe costs $ 40 on Venice Beach. Believe me. Trust me I’ve bought my share of overpriced drug paraphenalia in this establishment… but I’m not that stupid anymore. Oh and don’t call it a bong… it’s a waterpipe. And don’t talk on your cell phone in here either. On a more positive note… they have a slamin selection of disc golf discs… so that’s a plus. Go for the discs, not for the bongs.
