Beautiful environment, sure… BUT the constant pressure to upgrade from acrylic with polish to gel or a «dip» is NOT relaxing! Sadly, I succumbed and went with gel over acrylic on my first visit… at a $ 20 price increase. On my second visit to get a fill and remove the gel, the manager had me soak my nails while I waited for a technician. Long story short… My acrylic nails melted, the manager tried to sell me a dip… I walked out. Won’t be back.

Oh my goodness this nail spa is fantastic!!! My sister and I went in for a Manicolada manicure($ 32) and it was the best manicure I have ever had! They began with manicuring our cuticles, then exfoliated our hands and arms with a coconut-fragranced scrub and a warm oil that smelled amazing. They then placed our hands in warm, paraffin wax-filled bags while we enjoyed a wonderful neck and shoulder massage. After removing our hands from the wax, a piña colada scented lotion was massaged onto our hands and arms and the manicure was completed with polish. My nail technician, Jenny, was fantastic, offering me a glass of wine and listening carefully to exactly how I wanted my nails done… and I am very picky! I will be back just to see her! I had to remove one star because it was a little pricey and my sister’s nail technician kept trying to up-sell her to a gel manicure three times after she had already told her that she wasn’t interested. Other than that, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this salon! Ask for Jenny!

My friends have had good service but I have not been as lucky. I got a pedi a while back and got a pretty decent sized cut on my toe. Not your average cuticle nip. She got me good. She also did a chevron on my big toe that could have been done better by a 4 year old. I don’t mean to be rude it was just that bad. I got a shellac mani and was rushed through the whole time. She was super impatient while I picked colors. Started painting the wrong color(teal. I had picked a dark red). And was miffed when I asked her to stop and get the right color. Won’t return here unfortunately. The environment and location is great so I wish I could.

Got a gel fill/color from Trish — the environment is very relaxing, and the girls are great! Tons of gel colors available, and they have lots of free drinks(including wine!) along with a menu of other drinks you can get if you want to pay.

It’s a nice and relaxing place. I have had good and bad nails, here. The best ones are done by Chloe.

Love their view, technicians and all packages of PEDICURE! It’s always a hard decision for me to choose which one to get. I try to get every different kind anytime I stop by. Definitely come back next time! My favorite one so far is milk and honey.

Love this place! Very clean and the ladies always do a great job. Love the different kinds of pedi from milk and honey to cucumber pedi. Tried almost all of them and I always come out relaxed with smooth legs and feet.

I went in last Monday for a shellac/gel manicure and pedicure. I was leaving for a business trip the next day, within three days my nails were falling apart! Literally the gel was just peeling off and dangling, it was physically hurting every time my nails got stuck in my hair or clothes. Soon I came back in town I called the salon and spoke to a girl told her the situation and that I wanted to come in and be refunded or redone, she then told me if I bring in a receipt I can get it redone right away. Ofcourse I showed up that day at 7(they close at 7:30) and the front desk girl(who I spoke to on the phone) asked me five billion questions as to why I wanted to get them re-done she looked at them and said«hmmm…your right but ill have to charge you» at that point I demanded a refund and she then said«we can do it but not today cuz we close»,(which contradicts their front door sign) then of course a gang of them gathered around and started talking in Vietnamese and asked to see my credit card statement which was insulting since I showed it to one girl already and didn’t understand why everyone needed to confirm. I then asked the front desk to write down for me that I can come in and get them redone since she didn’t want to refund, which was another big deal and they were being shady which is why I told them to write it in the first place. I called the next day around 3 to come in and get it redone and they pushed me away again and said they were too busy on Tuesday afternoon. Its not so much about the refund or redo its the principle of the matter, customer service was despicable, a fancy salon does not substitute for respect.

Best place to get a manicure or pedicure! The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. Super clean, the nail buffers they use on you are one time use only then they immediately throw them away(so you dont have to worry about someone else’s being used on you). They’re very thorough and are the best at accommodating you! Love this place!

I LOVE/MISS THISPLACE! I have a hard time getting down there to get my nails done. This place is the place to go in Arlington. If you are going to go get your nails done, Mary is the woman to do em’. She is so sweet and does such a great job. I always splurge for the top-of-line pedicures and boy is it worth it. They always fill my wine glass up and make sure I am relaxed. The atmosphere is top notch! Best nail place for sure.

My hairstylist is in this Place, so ideally I just come here to get a style and cut. If your looking for a haircut and style, ask for Vu and you will not be disappointed. He cuts and styles my whole family. If your looking for hair colorist, I would recommend Evelyn, she does wonders with hair color. She rocks!

I went here for the first time a few weeks ago. The manicure and pedicure I received was below average. I do better jobs myself at home. The wait time between was absurd. My tech disappeared for 20 minutes. I had no idea what was going on. My polish chipped off the next day. Basically I wasted $ 50 for a mani and pedi. Sure the atmosphere is nice but it doesn’t make up for the lack of skill the tech had.

I’m averaging my last two visits to give this place 2 stars because I’m being nice. Came here not too long ago for manicure, which was decent. The place was nice & clean, and the décor is inviting. My manicure came out average, I told the manicurist NOT to cut my top cuticles, but she did it anyway and I had to keep telling her & pulling my hand away for her to get the point… still, even after that I wanted to think the best of this place. I added a wax to my service and that was quick & easy. no complaints there. — I came back today for a quick wax just a bit shy of 7PM(the time they close), and asked for a wax and the receptionist looked at me with confusion, then turned around to ask anyone if they wanted to wax me(in Vietnamese) and starts complaining about me, then this guy who I’m assuming is the manager comes up and gives me some BS response saying if I want it done, then wait 30 minutes. An eyebrow wax literally takes 5 minutes(I’ve been in the BIDNESS too, DEAR), and with all those employees sitting around, I know someone could have done it, or if you’re ready to close up shop, please kindly say that you’re closed. Don’t say shit in Vietnamese(P.S –I am Vietnamese & I do understand) to your co-workers, then tell me something else. So yes, «MEH. I’ve experienced better» is exact.
