Suite Little Spa

I have visited Suite Little Spa 4 times already and have many more bookings to look forward to! Michelle is attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Communication and booking is easy. The experience is even better!!! You will not regret!

Michelle was very thorough and very enthusiastic about her work! It was a pleasure meeting her and the tips she offered for after care were very easy to follow and not complicated. I’m definitely going to be returning to her! We had a small issue with the water being too cold, but she immediately took care of the issue and all was well!

You will have a very good service at this place.
Michelle is so good. I bought a groupon and that is how I had scheduled my first appointment.
If you like someone to interact with some who is polite and pleasant then thats what you will see in Michelle. She was so good that I scheduled my second appointment right after that.
She takes her time working on your skin, she doesn’t hurry it up.
She spent a good 1 hour and 15minutes on my skin.

It was only when I asked her about the differences between the different facials, did she mention about the range of facials she offers.
The room is clean, the products she uses on your skin are good. The location is good — parks mall area next to toys r us. The board reads as ‘Legacy Salon’ when you enter, some will lead you to Michelle.
You have to make an appointment before you go to see Michelle. She is on time and you have to do paperwork if you are first time customer at her place. So show up 10 minutes early.

Michelle at Suite Little Spa gives an awesome facial. The prices are reasonable, she’s prompt to return appointment requests and messages, good location, very clean, so relaxing, and she offers products to purchase, but doesn’t guilt you into buying something if you don’t want it. I used to only get facials sporadically, maybe a few times a year, but I saw such great results from Michelle’s facials that I’m hooked. My skin looked fantastic for days after!

I had many facials done at many spas over the metroplex over the years in search of a perfect place and I finally stopped looking when I discovered Suite Little Spa. Michelle was simply incredible in both experience and customer service. The first time I came, Styleseat (the appointment website) had a problem and charged me automatically after the session although I was using a groupon voucher. When I found out and inquired the next day, Michelle was on a out of town vacation at the time but she actively worked on it and resolved the issue promptly.
Beside the great products and treatments she gave me during the sessions, she is very warm and made me feel relaxing the entire time. I normally don’t enjoy the extraction part of the facial in the past as I experienced bruising due to others using metal tools and finger nails in the process but Michelle’s method did not involve either and made the experience very tolerable with no skin damage afterwards.
She sometimes gave me additional treatments when she saw that my skin needed them without trying to upsell me. She kept track of my treatments and adjust the products each session as well as giving me suggestions to take care of my skin afterwards. Her hours are flexible for when I need them as I’m only available on the weekend. I’ve gone to her for 5 facials now since last summer and will continue to go back.

Michelle is the best! Great products & service. Wish I still lived in the area.

I went there twice and I always get out happy. Super clean and neat. Great service and in a decent price. Good location. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. I really like the facials, all of them! You won’t waste your money.
