They were to do a PSA on my AC system and sent an inexperienced tech who did a poor job.
I have had to go to competition because they didn’t know what they were doing.
My experience was frustrating at best. I would never use them again.

They replaced a 4 ton unit in my house and were competitive in their bid. Since my old unit stained my ceiling, the insurance company was going to reimburse me for a portion of the labor cost. J&S absolutely refused to provide the information. This went on for several weeks with no satisfaction. Insurance agent even called them explaining the need for the break down. Installation was fine, new unit works, but I still left insurance money on the table. Would not use J&S again!

I would highly recommend. Our service guy Javier was great. He did a wonderful job explaining everything and giving us all of our options. We had originally scheduled someone else to work on our a/​c unit, but they never showed. J&S sent someone within the hour. Great customer service and prices.

What an Awesome Experience! We had to replace our A/​C unit at our home. J&S and their staff made it so easy. From the salesman taking the time to find out our heating/​cooling needs to selecting the one that was best for us and having it installed quickly and professionally. The price was more than fair but the SERVICE was Outstanding!!! Highly recommend this organization.

We had several companies come out to give quotes for a new A/​C system for half our house a couple months back. J & S’s quote and plan was thorough but competitive and we decided to go with them for the project. Robert Falls was our sales technician and we were very pleased with his service. They offered a special 18 mo. same as cash financing in conjunction with Home Depot. Basically, you had to get a Home Depot credit card which defaulted to 6 mo. same as cash, but then they worked some financial magic and got it adjusted to 18 mo. same as cash. Home Depot was actually a bit of a pain to work with on the card, but no complaints about J & S — Robert helped work through the Home Depot kinks as best he could with patience and a smile.
The work was done a few days later, all in one day. They put in a new 13 seer Trane unit and replaced a good amount of our ductwork, but leaving in place those pieces which did not need replacing which saved us some money and helped keep their quote competitive. They added a couple extra ducts to improve flow to our problem rooms and when there was a snafu with where those extra ducts were supposed to go, they came out a couple days later to fix it and we actually ended up with one extra duct, no extra charge.
And, the system works GREAT. My office, which was once always 10 – 15 degrees hotter than the rest of the house, is now the coolest room in the house — so when it’s just me in there, I actually don’t have to turn the A/​C below 75! And, when my honey is working in there also and we turn the A/​C lower, it can compensate for the heat put off by all the computers which we never had before. Plus, our bedroom is now much cooler as well.
I am extremely happy with their service and the end result. When we’re ready to replace the unit on the other side of the house we will definitely call them again.

After shopping around for bids, I went with J&S Air to install a 4 ton unit. The day of installation went smoothly with the crew arriving on time, working diligently and professionally installing the system. They were friendly and efficient. After the install, I called the Scott the salesman and Mike the J&S install manager on an issue I had and J&S air gave it their top priority with the tech spending the better part of the day getting things done, even showing me the CFM readings before and after the work.
J&S Air is highly recommended in my book and I will continue my long time relationship with them for all our ventilation needs.
