I really want to like this Hooters but I keep having bad experiences. The first time I went I began to feel sick immediately after. I decided to give it another try recently but my experience wasn’t much better. The hot wings were room temperature and were ridiculously tiny. I almost asked for a magnifying glass and some tweezers. They also didn’t taste all that great. I always have a great time at the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings so I’ll probably stick to that place for a while.

Very bad and slow service! Waited for someone to take our drinks for over 7 minutes, didn’t get refilled not one time. Asked for all drums wings, waited for over 30 minutes to get mixed wings. When i told the waitress about it all she said was«oh you wanted all drums». Went 4÷17÷2016 at night… never again!!!

Just your average hooters! The real reason I’m writing this review is to recognize Ashley! A month or so ago, a friend and I went to eat there late on a weeknight. Though we were 2 girls and there pretty late Ashley gave us great service! Probably the best service Ive ever had in a restaurant. We literally said to each other«she’s giving us great service we should write a review on Unilocal about her».

Just recently started coming here, never been here before. I usually sit at the bar and almost all the bar staff are friendly and professional. Drinks are served quickly, food is always hot, no matter how crowded the place is the bar service is outstanding Most of the bar girls make the rounds around the bar talking to everyone, and it’s refreshing to see them treat both regulars and newbies the same. Ashlee is a treasure, Elizabeth never stops smiling, Sheena is always in a good mood that is contagious(I took one star away because Zoe only talks to her favorites and rudely ignores everyone else). The bar girls are also smart and not afraid to show their intelligence, they’ll dig deep into a conversation, Sexy as anything, yes, but a beautiful mind really makes your day. You can always tell when someone enjoys their job, it can’t be faked. This place gets my vote.

Sat at the bar to get some wings. I was greeted right away by the bartender, Olivia. She was amazing and happy to be there! I ordered my wings and fries as an appetizer and my fries came out right away! I’ll be back to see her. She made the experience the best, and Ashley is amazing as well.

First of all, I’m reaaaalllly patient. I waited tables and bartended at a «breastaurant» for a long time so I get it. But this was insane. Our first server was fine. She was obviously ready to go home, as we got there about 45 minutes before shift change. We told her we would tab out with her so she could make money for the time she took care of us. After shift change it took 15 minutes for the next girl to come by… I don’t appreciate the server, Ryan(with a trainer name tag. REALLY?!), rolling her eyes at me. I’m obviously frustrated already and then to ask me «um are you okay? Or do you need something else?»!! You are joking? I get it 99% of the time but this is inexcusable. I know I’m a girl so I’m not as of appealing of a customer, but I tip really well and if you weren’t so horrifically rude, you would have known that. I’m furious!!! Food came out 40 minutes after ordering(we got chicken strips and buffalo shrimp) and it’s cold. Like refrigerator cold, not kidding! Sent the buffalo shrimp back but ate the chicken strips(split between two people) because we have to go… We have now been here for almost two hours!!! Two hours for 2 beers, cheese sticks, and chicken strips… And we’re now late for our event. I’m horrified!!! We did but a calendar for the troops though :)

Bad customer service waiting on our food for 40 mins the manager blamed the waitresses for being slow and didn’t even bother to offer assistance in cleaning up a table to better fit my group of 20. never coming back

My expectations were low as the reviews haven’t been great. I’ve also been underwhelmed by recent visits to other Hooter’s locations, on the East Coast. Went here several hours before the Saturday night Cowboys/Jets game. Place was quite busy and probably 20% of the folks had Jets attire on, as did I. I was solo and first preference was the bar but that wasn’t going to happen. The young lady, probably an assistant manager as she was not«in uniform» was very cordial and promptly sat me at a perfect high top table. Because it was so slammed I think it took a bit to sort out who my server was. Once that was settled I was greeted warmly by the adorable Brittany. Great beer selection and I ordered a Magic Hat #9 which I don’t find all that often in my travels. What’s neat about this location is that they had several regional specialties. I went with my standard Buffalo Shrimp(with Daytona sauce) but also got the Fried Jalapenos. The Jalapenos were a large portion and I took quite a bit of them back to my hotel in a take out box when I departed. Kitchen was on point in terms of preparation and timing. The staff was a well oiled machine and I believe kitchen staff was even helping out with running the food. Great staff and service, enjoyable atmosphere with us Jets fans giving each other thumbs up and high fiving as we pre– pre-gamed. Food and drink met expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to revisit if I’m ever in the area again.

I love coming to a place of business and the waiters would rather talk to each other then come up to a customer after the sit for 10 minutes before they are even offered a drink won’t be back that’s for sure

Wow! It took twenty minutes to get wings and fries. There was no game going on and the place was half empty. Finally I ask Ashlee and she runs to the back to get them. There was only 10 people at the bar. She comes out with cold fries and cold wings. Guess they were there for a while, cold and soggy. Ashlee rolls her eye and says she will take them back. At that point I am thinking .it happens. so ok. She returns with the SAME cold wings and no fries. I asked why and her response is. «I don’t cook them.» Again… Wow!

Well, the visit started out good. We were seated right away. It went down hill from there. It took more than 20 mins for our waitress to come and take our drink order. Fortunately we were ready to place out food order as well. It took another 20 to get our drinks, 2 waters and a beer — which was barely cool. sad I ordered the crab legs. The only reason for the 2 stars. They were actually tasty. Well seasoned. I needed a crab cracker, but finding the waitress to get one… The boneless wings were ok. Ive had way better. The ranch — bottled and disgusting. Try making your own. It’s cheaper and tastes better. The curly fries were cold and had ZERO seasoning. We won’t be back.

I wish I could give less stars. Like negative. I wish I could take away stars from previous reviews. So we come in and they seat us. Good start. That’s where it stopped. The good parts. The waitress gets our drinks. She asks us if we want appetizers and we do! YAY! We order half deep fried jalapeños and half deep fried pickles. They were alright. When she asked if we wanted regular or spicy ranch I answered both and we were charged for the second ranch. My friend ordered the nachos with chili on the side. The other ordered The Baja. She asked if it was fish because she doesn’t eat meat or she’d order the fish tacos with fries on the side. The waitress said that it was fish. I ordered the bone in breaded wings(10) with samurai teriyaki sauce on side. About 10 minutes later she returned and asked me if I want the sauce on the chicken with extra on the side or just the side. I answered with the latter. She smiled and walked away. About 10 minutes later she returns again to tell my friend that the burger is actually beef and if she wanted the tacos instead or still the burger. Once again my friend doesn’t eat meat. After receiving an answer she disappeared off into the abyss of hooters. She returns again about 5 minutes later and asks if it’s okay that the fish for the tacos are grilled. It was. About half an hour from the ordering point she finally brings out the nachos with the chili on the side. Half the plate was cold. The other half was warm. It was pretty basic. About 10 minutes later our waitress brings out the tacos and looks at me and asks, «Nobody brought you out your chicken?» Honey. You are our waitress. Who else would bring it out?! I’d understand if they were busy but it looked like we were maybe her only table. Maybe she had another at one point but the place looked pretty cleared out. She kept talking to other waitresses and joked around. She apologizes for my wings and heads back to the kitchen area. My friend’s soft flour fish tacos were hard. The flour tortilla was hard. The fish a little too well done. I’m sure because of how long they were under the heat lamp. But… No fries. So we asked again for fries. Finally after 45 minutes she brings out my chicken! Of course they were boneless. So I asked her to bring me out bone in wings because that’s what I ordered. She looks at me like I did something wrong but apologized and brought it back to the back. At this point we were gonna cancel the order and I was just gonna share with everyone but I just wanted some damn chicken already. She comes back in 5 minutes with the wings. Which was damn impressive but why did the first batch take almost an hour to come out? We’ll never know. Still no fries though. So for the third time, fries were requested. She also failed to notice the empty soda in front of her face. I had to ask for my friends refill when she came back with the fries. The wings were okay but I’m sure they would have tasted better half an hour before. We all ate a few more bites and asked for togo boxes. She gave them to us and took off for another 15 minutes before we waved her down for our check. We couldn’t have paid faster. That was honestly the worst experience I ever had and suggest they get their crap together.

Words cannot even describe what a horrible and disappointing dining experience my friends and I had tonight. Mistake after mistake. Super slow and inattentive waitress. Food took forever; when it did come out, half of it was cold. Everybody’s orders came out at different times, which would have been fine except for the fact that everything took forever, including my order which was an appetizer. And again, half the food came out cold, so it was just very confusing. It didn’t even taste very good. This was literally the worst overall dining experience I had in a very long time(maybe even ever). My two friends and I are all used to tipping at least 20−25% whenever we go out to eat. In fact, the friend who paid tonight generally overtips and is known to tip well over 50%, so it was really awkward for us to not even want to tip more than 5%. The restaurant wasn’t even very busy. There were people at the bar, but we were literally the only ones at a table, so you can’t even use the excuse that the waitress/kitchen were busy.

The food at Hooters was very tasty. Everything was cooked fair, however, our waitress could have been better. She barely came back to check on us to see if we needed anything. She messed up my check and the manager took forever to sort the issue out. Minus the dysfunctional waitress and unprofessional and slow«manager» everything else was fair.

The rare 1 star review. The wings were over cooked, over breaded and had an odd taste. The beer was cool, not cold. Service was mediocre. The decline of the hooters franchise in Dallas is more evident here than anywhere I’ve been in a while.

Me and my boyfriend visit this location every time we are in Arlington for a Rangers game. It never disappoints. Great food! Great service!!! Usually when you visit a «wing place» they drown the meat in sauce, however that is not the case at this Hooters location. Visiting this store has become and will continue to be a tradition for my boyfriend and I. Simply based on the fact, that we have never had a below par experience. Keep up the good work

Food was great as usual, beer was so so not the coldest. The main thing that pissed me off was one of their regular customers brought his own food in and ate it at the bar while the rest of us paid for food! And the waitstaff said nothing? Why because he was a regular? Unacceptable! I exchanged words with him and the manager and all i got was oh I’m so sorry sr. Typical response from management

Horrible waiter not so much Hooters itself that was bad. The waitress was a total bitch! Uninterested in being there not to mention denied my 60 year old mother from ordering a beer because her ID was expired but then went and served the guy behind us a beer without even bothering to ask for his ID. Now I understand there are rules and regulations but when you are being biased like that it’s a different story. The food was good though and that is the only reason I gave two stars.
