She’s Happy Hair

This is my second time going to she’s happy hair I love the hair that’s why I went back but this time the customer service was amazing I appreciate it how he took the time to answer my questions I’m usually shy and don’t inquire but his welcoming approach was very noticed and appreciated. Thank you and I will be back again

Horrible! I went into this store with great expectations (because of what i heard) I was not greeted, they weren’t busy! There were men working inside that knew absolutely NOTHING about the product. After that I still purchased the hair (three bundles). So the hair looked nice, I got home and realized the hair smelled bad like corn chips! I washed the hair not once but twice it still carried the smell. It was supposed to be VIRGIN hair that smell was clearly chemicals. I had the hair installed and the shedding was out of this world also will not hold a curl!

hair looks good on the surface but it sheds and it doesn’t hold a curl. wish I never bought this hair but unfortunately I already paid $ 200 to have it installed. never buying again, not with $ 85 a pack. plus I bought 3 bundles which is not enough for a full head. I have a small head I might add

My stylist recommended I try their hair. Location is nice, customer service was ok, but the bundles were small. Also, he tried to sell me a bundle that looked awful. It had sticky stuff on it and they claim they don’t seal the wefts. Pay attention before you leave. Very disappointed in the lack of fullness in the bundles. Otherwise, the hair looks and feels great. We’ll see what I think after 2 – 3 washes. As of right now, I’m not overly impressed.

I went into the Arlington store and was kind of shocked by the different set up but being that it was all men they were still friendly and knowledgable. I was a skeptic because of the price. I normally order hair online which is much cheaper but with ordering online you really do not know what you are getting. They tell you its virgin hair but you can’t touch it or smell it. I purchased two bundles of the 16 inch Peruvian Hair and a silk closure piece. I delivered it directly to my stylist who custom colored it and washed it. This hair has not tangled, it has not shed at all but maybe two-​three strands a day when I brush it but not when I run my fingers through it. I have now had this hair installed over a month in a full sew in. Typically my hair will shed allot, tangle near the neck and smell. I have had no issues with this hair. The closure piece is not matting and I have not even had to curl it or flat iron it. It has kept a nice wave even after being washed and colored to a light brown. I’m sure this hair will last me at least 3 installs if not more. My stylist is Tira of Simply Tira in Legacy Salon in Mansfield. Sorry don’t have any good photos but I will take some when I go get my hair washed. Keep up the good work.

This is great hair especially if your in the metroplex and need quick pick up — meaning you can’t wait on shipping.
I’ve gotten 2 bundles of Malaysian straight from here for a braidless sew in. Good hair however it just would not hold a curl. So irritating but that’s my one con for that batch of hair.
I next got four bundles. 2 Peruvian and 2 Brazilian. Both loose wave. Beautiful absolutely beautiful. Not much shedding. I didn’t seal the wefts and I probably co washed ²⁄₃ month. Bout it in April 2015. Here we are I went to get a lace closure. I bleached and dyed the bundles from April and the hair did not fall out or loose texture. It feels super soft and looks like these are fresh bundles. The lace closure is deep wave Peruvian and is also pretty.
My one problem was the guy at the counter. He wasn’t paying close attention. But he’s like the first guy in there that was slipping. Maybe it was my Halloween make up. I’ll give him a second chance lol

The first thing I noticed when I walked in is that it smelled so good lol. The place was very clean and nice. The two men that were working did acknowledge me and helped me right away. One of them even started a little small talk so they were quite friendly. The hair quality is great and I like the way they packed it. Will be coming here again

I had the hair for a year I used it 3 times the quality is great the closure was horrible I had to pluck most of it off to get a part to lay straight. It was a lot slot of shedding from the 28 inch bundle of Malaysian wavy. I got 3 bundles and a closure
I wouldn’t buy again it was $ 425. It wasn’t worth the price

I got this hair about 2 months ago and the hair is great, I would have to agree about the customer service the guys that work there aren’t friendly at all and for the amt your spending they need to have better people working there they can actually look you in the eye and smile.

Went here to purchase hair since my regular vendor was sold out. I told them what type of hair I wanted they went in back and grabbed the poorest quality hair they could find. I touched and he realized I knew hair and quickly told me he had better hair and grabbed some from the drawers in front. Had I not known that the first bundles he grabbed werent quality hair they would have sold it to me for the same price as the better hair. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. All hair should be same quality since they are selling for same price. They need to rename thier business Shes Nappy Hair.

Customer service could be better. Those two guys are not engaging or knowledgable about their product or its purpose. The hair was really nice, little to no shedding, BUT it smelled like corn chips. Washed it twice and can’t get the smell out.

The concept as a whole is great, although the execution and customer service skills are seriously lacking.
I placed an order about three weeks ago, and never received it. Last week I called the store twice. The first person I spoke with said he didn’t know anything about how the ordering process went (AND THEN PROCEEDED TO HANG UP). The second individual I spoke with told me to call the Houston store. I asked for the number and he said «I DON’T KNOW, GOOGLE IT.»

So I did (Thank God for google, it never fails).
I called the Houston branch, and they directed me to email customer service.
…
Which I did, asking what went wrong with my order and if I could be refunded.
I got a response and a refund (which was good but also the right thing to do).
However, the response essentially just said «we refunded you, sorry.»
When I asked what had happened to my order, the reply was «it didn’t go through the second layer of processing. «
So basically, no one sent it out.
When paying this much for a service all time expectations should be met! I was acquiring this for a special occasion and am disappointed in this company as a whole!

I haven’t been here, but when I called for information they were so extremely helpful and friendly! They don’t put extensions in so I won’t be able to use them, but if so I would love to give them business. Customer service really makes all the difference. They do sell the extensions themselves anyway, so if you’re looking to buy the hair you should check them out for sure.

I’m am very happy with my She’s Happy Hair. After having two very bad experiences at various places I tried giving my hair experience a 3^rd try and like they say 3 is a charm. I’ve had my hair for about two months now and love it! I just went in for a retighten yesterday and this hair is holding up well. I was very skeptical and apprehensive when I arrived because of my two previous disastrous experiences and I had a ton of questions but after speaking with the two representatives in the front (one male and one female) I decided on the Brazilian body wave. At the time they were out of the natural dark brown color and had a lighter brown color and I am so happy that they did as the color looks great and I didn’t have to dye it to lighten it. My stylist did darken some of the hair in the front to match my natural hair (slight leave out) thus helping my hair blend with the weave and giving a very slight ombré appearance. However, because of that I can say that this hair takes color well. My stylist cut some pieces to blend and those pieces do shed a bit because the weft wasn’t sealed but it doesn’t shed anymore than my natural hair does. I have not experienced any tangling and it holds a curl well. She’s happy hair was recommended by my stylist. Actually she said She’s happy hair or Boojee Hair. She’s happy hair is much closer for me and at the time Boojee hair was out of stock. I’m very pleased that everything turned out the way it did and She’s Happy Hair Arlington location was available to help me. I will definitely be using them again. Oh and just in case you were wondering this is NOT a paid review.

Pretty nice set up. Pleasant and informative workers and the hair I got was great, price was reasonable. If and when I do need new weave this is now my go to spot.
