I bought my house as a flip from these people. They are rude and do half-​assed work. My plumbing is a mess. They didn’t take the for sale sign down. I could go on and on about the mess they left when the house closed. Whatever contractor they used was horrible and I’m doing a lot of the physical improvements on my own. The president TJ is a liar and if you have opportunity stay far away from any house they sale.
