Eat. Energize. That’s the Freshii motto. The aim is to provide fresh and nutritious meal choices that energize people on the go. Emphasizing the foods you should eat more of and less on those you should avoid, Freshii provides meals and snacks that help you live your best life. Think: fiber-​rich, slow-​burning carbs, essential fats and lean proteins. The menu includes custom-​made green wraps, salads, quinoa bowls, and fresh pressed juices.

Freshii lives by their Mission Green. Taking a stand and being good to the earth by eliminating traditional industry staples: excess packaging, heavy energy consumption, and greasy processed meals.

Update: We did get an email from Freshii apologizing for our experience. Thank you to the manager for addressing our issue. We will be trying it again maybe we came on an off day & we do want the concept to work here. Not the Freshii we’ve come to love. We were so excited to see a Freshii come to Appleton, however this one fell short. Our smoothies were over blended to milk consistency, this must have been why we waited 20 min. It wasn’t busy, nobody else was in the restaurant. Hopefully Freshii Appleton can get their act together so they don’t give a bad name this chain’s concept.

I was really excited to try Freshii. I moved here from Denver and I missed my favorite salad restaurant, Mad Greens. The size of my salad was small, especially for the price. I was expecting more filling items in the salad but this was a side salad size. I went home and had to eat a snack so I could make it to dinner without starving. The concept of Freshii’s is good but it needs some work.

Very healthy, and delicious! The portions are large and very filling. First time I went, a got a bowl with quinoa and kale with other yummy stuff, and also lemongrass soup. One or the other would definitely have been enough. I had leftovers for a lunch the next day, and also a late snack. I’ve been here three times now, and each time I had to get the lemongrass soup. So good!
I’d give it 5 stars if the staff was more friendly. Being a whole new type of menu, I had questions each time I was there, and the employee taking my order each time seemed put off with my questions, almost irritated that I didn’t know what I wanted. Not very helpful or welcoming. I’ll be back though because it’s just so very tasty; a great healthy alternative.

Freshii is a welcome addition to Appleton’s dining options. I love their bowls and burritos, and the soups are also delicious. If I want to get food somewhere, this has become my default option. I choose vegetarian options whenever possible, and there’s a lot of choices for that here. Service has always been quick and friendly, too. I have yet to try their juices (never been a big juice drinker to begin with), which is the only reason I didn’t give five stars.

Favorite lunch spot in Appleton for our whole family! They have lots of good & healthy options to create a custom dish, including tons of vegan and vegetarian options. And everything can be bowl, wrap (cold) or burrito (warm). My current favorite is the spicy thai burrito with tofu. It comes with a quinoa base and great flavors. Omnivore husband is happy that he can get chicken on his dishes. And somehow Freshii has convinced him that quinoa is good (evidently they make it better than I do…) My kids love it here too, this is their first pick for a meal out. I will say that it takes a little while to get your food, but they are making it all fresh for you, so plan to spend a little time.

Not so sure! My juice was already made, needs to be shaken and it spills all over the place in the cups that they’re putting it in and for six bucks it’s awfully small! Love the menu! Love the menu! I will give them a second chance! Service was lacking they forgot my falafel for my salad:(. Lastly, the flow of the restaurant isn’t very ergonomic or convenient for the consumer! But, again love the menu! Fresh is good!

I went for the juice and was not impressed. The juice was in plastic cups all ready to go for customers and I would rather spend $ 7 on a juice that was fresh or organic or both; This was neither. I juice at home and it tasted like one of the juices I made as a beginner. I asked for a menu to take with me and the counter person said NO because they only have 1. Also, the prices are not listed on the website and I want to know what I am committing to before the journey over.

For those in search of a nutritional change of pace Freshii is now open. The menu offers salads, wraps, burritos, and soups, each choice a fresh discovery. Custom options allow you to combine your favorites. It’s interesting to watch everyone place their orders. Ingredients and combinations are far from the predictable fast food choices. It takes time to look over all the options. I dove in for the Pangoa Bowl, a medley of brown rice, avocado, cilantro, cheddar, black beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, and BBQ sauce. I ordered the bowl but a burrito would’ve served the ingredients better. This is a great way to expand the palate and discover new flavors.
It’s in the works to add a patio hopefully before the end of summer.
