Very disappointed in the service. The one day my agent had off his boss Kathy got involved and pressured me into signing the first offer without sharing with me what the backup offer was. She didn’t know what my agent had negotiated or committed to me and frankly she didn’t care. As a result I was out $ 500 with much more had I not negotiated it with my agent. They were so anxious to settle I lost $ 13,000 from market value in the sale. Communication was very poor. I also received an offensive email from the agent which he is not responded to. I’m still waiting for a response to my inquiry regarding what the meaning of that email was.

We called Kathy Toth’s team to sell our home, one of there agents Kelly Boyd met with us discussed there unique marketing technique and how the process would go. Everything was explained to us in great detail, and put into motion soon after our initial meeting. Professional photos were taken a few days later and we were ready to go live on MLS.
Within 2 days we had already had 8 – 10 showings scheduled and within 5 days were in a multiple offer scenario. So within 6 days of listing we received an offer at list price without any negotiation.
I highly recommend Kathy Toth and her team to list your home, they just «get it». They understand and cater to your needs as a seller, but also really understand how to list and show your home in order to make buyers feel they have found exactly what they were looking for.

I worked with Michael Dailey and Valerie Rottet (Michael’s assistant) from the Toth Team when recently purchasing a condo in Ann Arbor. Both were so wonderful and accommodating with my VERY tight timeline for showings and closing. The process of relocating from out of state can be quite overwhelming, but they went out of their way to make the process easier for me. I would HIGHLY recommend using Michael when looking to buy a home. He is incredibly kind (definitely not your typical «high pressure» realtor) and goes above and beyond to make sure you find a home that you are happy with!
