After experiencing 11 military moves (plus a couple more as a civilian) in 24+ years of Air Force service, I understand how stressful moving can be on a family. History

Established in 2014.

Just as Coldwell Banker was founded over 100 years ago based simply on providing honest and trustworthy real estate services, our business is dedicated to providing long-​term loyal real estate services. Business Owner

Major Steve Sharp retired from the U.S. Air Force on December 1, 2014. His final assignment was as Flight Commander, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 001 at the UAA.

He enlisted in the Air Force in 1990 and became an enlisted space operator & was assigned to Denver, CO, Clear, AK, Woomera, Australia, & Cape Canaveral, FL.

In 2001, he was commissioned as a Communications (Cyber Operations) Officer through Officer Training School at Maxwell AFB, AL & was assigned to Robins AFB, GA & Mesa, AZ.

In 2007, (then) Captain Sharp was sent to instruct aspiring young officer candidates in Leadership and National Security Studies at the University of Memphis, Memphis, TN. Steve’s next assignment was to instruct at Maxwell AFB, AL. He was assigned to the Air and Space Basic course in 2010 & taught two classes of lieutenants before he was moved to Squadron Officer School. There he instructed several classes of AF Captains, Civilians, and International officers.
