We choose to consult, not sell. Consulting at it’s heart is about
offering quality, transparent choices, needs analysis and responsible options. On the other hand, selling
has one single purpose; to sell you something. Sometimes the best option for a client is not buy or sell
at all! (Or not now). My team and I are focused on identifying your needs and then helping you reach
them. Although we work in the real estate profession, our true passion is as teachers, instructors and
guides.

If you asked most real estate licensees what they do for a living, they will say «I sell real estate». But even
though I sold over $ 22,000,000 in real estate in 2011 that’s not the answer I give.
I choose to consult, not sell. Before I started my real estate career, I worked in construction and was responsible for the installation,
inspection, design and repairs of fire protection systems across the state of Alaska. From churches and
schools to rocket launchers and ammunition bunkers our goal was to get the job done right, on time and
on budget. It is there that I developed my theory for success in all things.
