We specialize in Selling Burgers, Sausages, Milkshakes in the same manner as an old style burger joint with amazing prices and quality local food.

We believe making burgers is an art form. Every little detail. the way you cut the veggies, to where you place them on the burger etc. Here at Quickie Burger we strive to be the Best Burger in Anchorage.

History

Established in 2011.

Established in April of 2011 «What the truck» was the first able to drive mobile food truck in Alaska. We started selling tacos at special events and festivals. In 2014 we decided to park our first truck permanently as she is very old and beautiful. That is when Quickie Burger was born. It took the first half of 2014 to square away all the permits and on June 1st 2014 we opened permanently at our 1087 W. 27th Ave location. I stopped here when I was visiting Alaska because I love to support food trucks. I got the burger with blue cheese without the bacon. It was really messy but really delicious. The man working there was very friendly and helpful. I wish I had been in Alaska longer so I could go back. I highly recommend it! There is one picnic table for seating; otherwise, it’s probably better to take it to go.

5 stars for the dudes that cracked the code on how to sell a good burger in AK for under $ 10. It’s a remarkable breakthrough and they’ll probably win a city award of some sort.
I want to fault them for not having a couple extra picnic tables set up so people feel like they can sit and eat. But I can’t hold that against a food truck called «quickie burger», which loosely translates to, «get your burger and get the eff away from me»
Other than that (I don’t like grab n go food; I’m really impatient and want to sit and eat immediately) I really can’t find another fault here. I’ve been a couple times. I’ve been pleased both times. I need to try a milkshake.
They say they’ll stay open through the winter– I’m interested to see how they make that work. Friendly people, I hope the truck stays around.

You don’t go here for the ambiance. Not the greatest location and the neighbors are sketchy. But the proprietor is very friendly and on a sunny day the picnic table is a great place to watch the world go by.
The burgers are great. The Great Alaskan is the quickie takeoff of the Big Mac. It is huge, gooey and super yummy. The shoe strong fries are excellent. The steak fries are good — ask for them to be «burned» to get them nice and crispy.

Bacon My Blues Away Burger was AHHHHMAZING!!! Seriously… so unbelievably delicious! The owner/​chef is so nice, and really knows how to CRAFT a burger. YUM.

Great burgers and the tator-​tots are a real treat! I love this place. The onion rings are always perfect also. Don’t be put off by the location and exterior of the truck, it’s worth it. Best prices in town.

The burgers are hot and fresh with a really yummy sauce! The fries are crispy and delish as well as the O-​Rings. I tried there chicken sandwich and it was great! sweet little food truck in a little spot in Spenard! Great job guys!!!

Really good burger. AMAZING for the price really. I like the sauce they put on their burgers. It’s similar but better than Big Mac sauce. The buns they use are soft and fresh as well. Fries were cooked to perfection, although I wish they would salt them for you so the salt would stick.
Straight up Quickie Burger is the shit.
