Vic’s Haul Away & Junk Removal Service

These guys were excellent! They came on time and were quick, and they cleaned up everything! I wish I had more junk for them to haul away, but they took it all!

This company did a great job helping me clean up a difficult spot in my back yard. The men who actually did the hauling away were as professional as the woman who answered the phone and the young man who made the original quote.

Vic’s responded to my phone inquiry immediately and sent a truck the next day. The woman answering the phone was efficient and professional. The guys who hauled our stuff away were quick, friendly and arrived on time. The whole process was so easy I wondered why I’d been putting it off for so long!

These guys really are great! They were able to clear out 50 plus years of storage from my mom’s garage. They got there early and took less time to complete the job than first estimated. They combed the entire house taking any leftover pieces and even after the bill was prepared were able to find room for one more very large table. I will definitely use these people for my own garage. They were all friendly, asked what else I needed done, didn’t slack off, just got down to business.

Quick and friendly and vey neat. Best pickup of trash ever. Highly recommended. Called at noon and they were here by 1:30. Three very nice young men. With a very large truck arrived and made short work of our pile of post moving items. Nothing else to say other than great job!

These guys are great!
I’ve used their services many times in the last year and a half, and each time they’ve been conscientious, pleasant to work with, and extremely helpful.
They’ve hauled away tons of junk with out any complaint (I imagine it’s not easy being pleasant while doing heavy lifting), they’ve always left the work area swept clean, and their charges have always been reasonable.
Vic’s is definitely the one to call for cleanup and hauling.

We had a tenant move out and leave so much junk behind. They did a wonderful job of cleaning and hauling everything away. The house was left broom clean. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are phenomenal. They show up on time, haul away everything, clean up after themselves, are polite and efficient. I had some paint which requires special handling that they can’t do, so they gave me pamphlets for companies that handle that kind of stuff. I HIGHLY recommend Vic’s hauling.

I worked on a house project in Downey, Ca. I needed several things done in the backyard:
— demolish an old plant canopy held up by six 8′ wooden posts anchored in cement footings
— dig up the cement footings
— remove a 30′ foot long fence partition and their posts in the dirt ground
— haul everything away
Vic’s Haul Away did a fantastic job. Not only did they do all that in about an hour, they left the backyard and walkway spotless. The bricks and plants that were under the canopy were now neatly lined up against the brick fence and they filled the holes left by the removed cement footings. The backyard and walkway were cleaner after they left then it was before they got there. I could hear them sweeping up after the job and picking up the small debris before they were done.
The work was completed for $ 540 dollars and worth every cent. I tipped them on top of that. The crew of 3 workers were very pleasant and I worked mostly with Steven.
To give you an idea of the kind of guy Steven is… as he’s walking up the driveway to introduce himself to me, he picks up the newspaper lying in the driveway and places it next to the mailbox along the way. It’s that kind of attention to detail and thoughtfulness that’s reflected in their work. I’m very impressed and glad the great Unilocal reviews helped me to find them.
We’ve kept their business card for future work and will be recommending them to others who need demolition and debris haul away.

I am sooooooooo impressed. My balcony was a mess and filled with leaves as well. I had a sofa, misc chairs that needed to be dumped. I looked at the Unilocal reviews and chose Vic’s. So glad I did. They came promptly and were actually cheerful. I have 15 steps and no compliant at all. They did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Vic’s Haul Away & Junk Removal is worth every penny spent. The men are professional and very courteous. I could not be happier with the job they did, I would recommend Vic’s to anyone that needed junk hauled away or even yard debris removed.

They are very helpful, on schedule and efficient. I had a full house of clutter needed to clear out. I called them in the morning and they were able to come out to give me an estimate and to haul away all the clutters in the same day.

I would say Vic’s Haul Away is as good as they come. I met with Matt, spoke with his mom and sister. They are awesome folks! The company is a family-​owned business built on integrity, reliable service and punctuality. Overall, I am extremely happy with their work.
Note that you might find a cheaper junk removal service elsewhere, but it’s doubtful that you’d get the same high level quality of service. I am glad to have used them and would definitely call Matt and his family again.

Made a couple of upgrades at home and needed to get rid of closet doors, dry wall and wood frames. One call to Vic’s Haul away and problem solved. I paid over the phone and the construction debris are gone by the time I got home. That’s within 2 hours of that call. Amazing service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

After calling 1800 rip you off, aka 1800 got junk, I called these guys. The lady on the phone was awesome. Gave me a quote right on the phone. Kept me updated to the whereabouts of the guys coming and was very pleasant. The guys that showed up were awesome, clean and not creepy. 800 GOT JUNK needs to learn a few things from these guys. They quoted me almost $ 200 MORE than Vics. Vics had same day service as well. Highly recommend these people.

Inherited a two story property in Belmont Shores. Clearing out the top apartment and garage. Called Vic’s and met up with Matthew that same afternoon for an estimate. Needed the packed full apartment cleaned out. Then the items we wanted to keep put in the freshly cleaned out garage then had the rest of the items hauled off. All in total had 2 large full trucks hauled off and at least a full truck load of heavy items put back in the garage. Guys showed up on time very polite and professional and worked thier tails off going up and down those stairs with some very heavy furniture. If i need to have any hauling done again i know exactly who i’ll be calling and will recommend them to everyone i know

After calling a few other Hauling services, and either getting ridiculously high quotes or «we’ll have to get back to you.» I called Vic’s. They arrived the same day, the movers were extremely polite and helpful, and the unwanted items were out of sight within minutes. Don’t bother getting other quotes, just get it done right the first time you pick up the phone.
