I recently brought my car here for servicing and was promptly greeted by the Service Manager, Leonard. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I had the oil changed, tires rotated, and a full inspection completed on the car. I was pleased with the customer service and that fact that they had fair pricing. I will definitely be back in the near future to have my car serviced or my husbands.

I have been having problems with my 2000 Honda Accord. I shopped around for a price to overhaul my transmission and decided to give Randy’s Automotive a shot at fixing it. After talking to the service manager Leonard, he explained what was involved in fixing the transmission properly and quoted me a very reasonable price compared to other shops. Awesome shop. First off, blew the engine in my 05 Jeep Liberty. Called every shop around and Randy’s seemed to offer the best customer service. Were they the lowest price? No, however they were competitive and very prompt in getting back to me. Jared the technician helping me was a true professional about everything. Letting me know what problems the car could have down the road if things weren’t done. He understood my situation and took care of my needs. Dropped the car off on Sunday and got it back today new engine installed! Fast great work the car is running better than before and I couldn’t be happier. Great work from these guys and I’d recommend them to anyone. They have a customer for life now.

I wanted to thank Jared for everything he has done. I live in Washington state, and my sons car broke down in Anaheim, California. Unfortunately it was the transmission and it was going to cost more than what the car was worth to fix. As a mother I was stressed on what to do next. We decided to get rid of it, but it was going to take some time before we could have it towed away. Jared was kind enough to let the car sit at the shop as long as we needed. He was very sincere and understood the situation we were in, with me being so far away trying to help my son. Thank u again Jared! Ur customer service skills were awesome, and we (my son and I) appreciate it!

Very disappointed at this auto service shop, I got my Groupon oil change deal which includes 3 oil changes for about 35 $ or so. The 1^st time was excellent and have no complaints but I’ve been trying to get my second one for weeks now and they suddenly «don’t have any oil changes available» till the following week or so. Well I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment for the following week even though my service required light has been lit up for about 1 week and a half now so now I’m waiting this whole week for Friday to finally go in, hoping my car makes it till then without burning up or anything and today, Thursday, Jared calls me stating that they can no longer take me in because they have too many cars to take care of. How did I know this was gonna happen. Deals seemed way too good to be true and it is, oil changes won’t be a priority especially if you’re getting it from the groupon deal. That’s fine I’ll take my car elsewhere but you still owe me two oil changes Jared, don’t try to play people for their money. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else where they won’t keep trying to reschedule you !

I wanted to take the time to thank Jared the mechanic, with diagnosing the problem with my Chevy Tahoe and giving me an honest assessment at no charge. He was friendly over the phone and provided excellent customer service when my husband took in our vehicle for assessment. Although we didn’t have the money he quoted us to repair our transmission, I applaud him for providing excellent customer service.

They try to say that an oil change is worth $ 55.00. That’s insulting to think that people are that stupid. Then they say if you buy a Groupon it’s 70% off, but if you do the math its 65% off the stupid price of $ 55.00.
Now a normal oil change is the same price they say is the Discounted price. This is a scam.

Horrible experience all around. Age prejudice is one of the keys to the many issues this place has. first off dont treat your coustmers like children, and teach your machanics how to properly interact with coustmers. get your facts straight about automotive parts, very ignorant when dealing with older cars and ended up being more confused… Wouldn’t trust these people with an oil change.

This is not an honest buissnes do not spend the money you work so hard for here! I brought my truck here to get a simple transfer case replaced. I got my truck back and my transfer case was fixed but now the indicator lights are malfunctioning and my blinkers, also my blower motor to my brand new a/​c was not working either. So I decided hey maybe they would fix these things since they had caused these symptoms to occur, but i didnt want to do it until i knew my transfer case problem was resovled since tgey werent in my area, I take my truck to them and ask them to check out these minor problems and throw in an oil change because they had a deal, they call me back saying hey your blower motor is done for, you need to buy a new transfer case indicator (which should come with a new transfer case) and your windshield wipers don’t work (when they always worked) so I called and said hey I’ll just come pick up my car and take the oil change, I get there and the mechanic is telling me that I need a new lift kit and that I can’t drive my truck because my steering linkage is loose and my cottering pin is missing (they just had my truck in the air to put in a new transfer case, why would it be such a problem now?? they try to say it is a after market lift kit but Every lift kit on a 1988 is after market, they were trying to get me to buy an entire new lift kit for no reason), and he won’t touch or do anything with it unless I get a new lift kit. (Seriously worst business you could possibly have with somebody) he sent me off and I took my truck home tightened up the steering linkage and popped a pin in and it has been a month and its been perfectly fine, I called them asking why they were tampering with my windshield wipers and they Swear they didn’t touch any of it, I pop my hood and my windshield wipers are unplugged and there’s a wrong fuse in the fuse box I mean come on guys you tell me I am having problems I’ve never had gland I get my car back and fix it back the way it was, your guy at your front desk just trys to push everything under the carpet, (I mean I just shake my head and pray for other people who don’t know much about their cars) seriously people do not go here you will be greatly disappointed and find more problems with your car then they fix

Never a dull moment at Randy’s. Great specials on oil changes! I did not have to wait too long and everyone there is all smiles! Thank you guys! Not to mention, they did not try to swindle me because I’m a girl like some other places :)

I took my car over to Randy’s to get my manual transmission done. I was told that his mechanics would take care of my vehicle. After getting the car back, I took it to UCLA (where I attend) and the brakes cut-​out and it ended up CATCHING ON FIRE. This was less than two weeks after I took my baby to Randy’s. Now, it’s totalled. It was my first car, and a specialty vehicle at that. DO NOT trust them with your vehicle.

I had Randy’s automotive install a new engine in my 2005 Jeep Wrangler. that was involved in a roll over on to its right side. I just brought the Jeep home this afternoon, and am not able to road test it due to accident damage, but so far the engine runs great! I dropped it off on Monday Morning and got it back today on Thursday! that is very fast service for a engine replacement. Thank you to Randy and staff for the great service. I would recommend Randy’s Automotive to friends, or family.

I haven’t had the opportunity to have any work done here, however I just called for pricing on a rebuilt tranny and the owner (i’m guessing) suggested that it may be better to get a new vehicle. (Which I guessed would be the case as my car is a 95)
I asked him about the reliability of different brands and expected to be rushed off the phone. However he spent about 5 minutes discussing the merits and reliability of different vehicles. I greatly appriciated the courtesy and honest opinions! Next time I need an Engine or Tranny Repair I will be coming here !

My husband first went to Randy’s because of the AAA recommendation. He was happy with the service and thought I might want to come here also.
Before I went to Randy’s for the first time, I spoke with him on the phone. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and did not talk down to me.
He is an experienced mechanic who has been in business for a long time at the same location and has established an excellent reputation. He seems to really care about his business, his employees, and his customers.
As a female, I feel comfortable going here because I know he will thoroughly check out my car as needed and let me know what does and does not need to be done.

I had a ford van areostar, the transmission cooling line was damaged, lost the trans. fluid, burned up the transmission, 16,000 miles. took it to Randy$ 2,400.00 and 2 weeks later, on the road
75,075 miles the trans burned up again, It had been service regular… Took it to ford they said that they had put the replacement trans in at 16,000 mile for free. under warenty? they did not replace the radiator that was the reason that it went bad and The ford guy said «Too Bad It Did Not Happen 75 miles ago it would have been covered «. so I gave if $ 3,500 to fix it again That trans lasted 50 k than I sent that van too the dump. Randy got $ 2,400.00 from me and had the van fixed for free at ford, PRICELESS

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years and the reason is simple «RANDY» very honest mechanic. He has turned me away in the past because, he would tell me you don’t need «that repair»!.
He works on my classics as well as the wifes and my everyday vehicle. He has to be the best auto repair in Anaheim. And no I’m not drunk giving a good review to an auto mechanic! lol
