I gave it 4 stars, the staff was great. Rooms are clean, short walk to Disneyland 15 minutes or so. It was quiet here too. Rooms are a bit dated but who cares? Good value.

Highlands Ranch, CO
This is a nice motel within walking distance of Disneyland. There’s a little playground for kids, and an outdoor pool with a hot tub. The exterior is vintage 1950s but the rooms are reasonably modern. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our room felt clean when we arrived. Free breakfast is standard hotel fare. Didn’t notice much noise from the street, but our room was facing the courtyard (not the street).

Staying at this hotel was a last minute change I made in order to ‘best’ accommodate my children this past weekend. It was obvious since our arrival that filth doesn’t show on advertising pictures. The whole exterior showed low levels of maintenance to include the garden area, the pool/​spa, stairs, halls, and private balconies. In the ‘suite’ the chairs were scary to say the least. The big red one was disgustingly dirty, dumpster grade, so was the worn out desk chair. Surprisingly, the beds were clean and comfortable, so was the bathroom. Still all the time I kept thinking it would’ve been better to stay at the other place. But one learns and I’ll make sure we never again feel so disgusted to be in a place like this. Price will not be an issue anymore, cleanliness and customer respect and appreciation will be worth it.

We stayed in room 132. It was a corner room next to the pool. It was a bit small due to the placement of unnecessary furniture. There was a playground out front my 3 year old used during our 3 night stay. It was about a 15 minute walk to downtown Disney. The front desk people were all very friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast included waffles, eggs and sausage. There was a really cute terrace that faced the pool and with the warm weather, it was nice to have our breakfast out there.

Extremely helpful, nice and professional. I had a problem with my car that the people at the front desk went out of their way to help me. I definitely recommend this hotel. It is close enough to Disneyland and California Adventure to walk. A few other shops and restaurants also close enough to walk to.

This is by far my favorite hotel to stay in when going to Disneyland, it’s just a fifteen minute walk from the hotel to the California Adventure Hotel, from there you can take a shortcut into the california park itself or downtown disney.

Yes the outside was a little run down, but the inside was perfect and the Bed was incredibly comfy. No it’s not a luxurious suite but it serves it’s purpose of providing a place to crash out after a day at Disneyland.

Your typical motel near Disneyland. Air conditioning in first room checked into wasn’t working properly and the staff put us in a different room no questions asked which I appreciated and they definitely deserve credit for.
Great to be able to have a pretty easy 10-​minute walk to Disneyland.

This place is great for an inexpensive getaway. The AAA rates are great and very helpful. The room was large and clean. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. I definitely plan on making this place my go to hotel when visiting Disneyland.

For the price $ 225.00 per nite I expected the room to be nicer. FYI. Bathroom/​tub needs some tlc and curtains need to be fixed. Looked like they started remodeling but didn’t finish. We had one with a jacuzzi

To be fair, the place is called «Quality» Inn without a direct claim regarding what KIND of quality one should expect.
This business probably has a lovely past and possibly a future but it will only turn out well if someone who truly cares shows up to manage things.
As an older facility, there are massive signs of wear: chipped doors, stained wallpaper, a doorway to the bathroom which is so narrow, it may have been used by the seven dwarfs.
The grounds are littered with soda cups and other debris. Grimy walkways have seen better days and floors inside could also use a visit from Mr. Clean.
Here’s a heads up to hoteliers everywhere: you cannot take a formerly smoke haven room and declare it smoke free without intense rehabilitation efforts. We’re talking carpet 9−1−1. Just like a hooker can’t clean up and present herself as a virgin, the room still has enough lingering gunk in the air to cause a mild asthmatic like myself to experience respiratory repercussions.
Now, I don’t hold the two friendly fellows at the desk accountable for all of this. It’s most likely a combination of poor management and neglect. It is quiet.
My biggest complaint has more to do with reservation people who managed to confirm a reservation at a much newer location which I specifically selected but sent me from there to a much older, run down motel.
This was a trip with my grand children and while it wasn’t quite like spending the night on skid row, it certainly didn’t match up with what I chose.

Castro Valley, CA
This place is very descent for its price while also being so close to the Disney Park. Free WiFi, friendly and helpful staff (whom of which checked my boyfriend and I in a night early when we showed up at midnight for our room that we hadn’t reserved until the next day). This hotel also had a clean pool, hot tub and Continental breakfast which wasn’t too bad. We will Def be staying again on our next trip.

Stayed 1 nite and everything was great. I just needed a place near disneyland to stay the nite before tinkerbell ½ marathon weekend. This place was more than I was expecting for the price.
1) I could walk to the start line in less than 10 mins it was 5am and I felt safe 2) the front desk and staff were friendly 3) people staying at the hotel were nice and I was quiet 4) the room was clean and nice looking 5) The fruit, sausage and eggs in the morning were perfect post run! 6) parking was included 7) free wifi
Bottom line: I’d stay here again

The proximity to the park for a hotel less than $ 100 a night is excellent! The hotel faces the Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, which is the second closest Disney hotel to the park.
Having stayed at the Grand Californian last year, I wanted to ensure I at least had the luxury of being able to get back and forth to my hotel with little to no effort, minus the price point.
They have have complimentary breakfast every morning from 6am — 9:30am.
The rooms are nothing special… This is truly a no frills type of place. The beds are not that comfortable, the pillows are small and the walls are paper thin. I could hear the person upstairs walking over our heads (very annoying after being exhausted from spending hours in the airport waiting for a flight due to flight cancelations). In addition, you can hear people passing by outside. So being able to enjoy soundless sleep may be difficult.
The staff were good and had me pre-​checked in because my flight was 13 hours delayed. So when we arrived, our room was ready and they checked me in within a couple of minutes.

Riverside, CA
Booked this hotel so we could go to disneyland. They let us check in 3 hours early and park so we could walk over to the parks, and they also sold us discounted SoCal resident two day passes for the same price disneyland had them for and told us that with the printout we didn’t even have to wait in line, we just got on the monorail from downtown Disney (which was a 5 minute or so walk from the hotel). Clean room, great customer service, and the pool was heated too :) great experience :)

For the price you really can’t beat the location. We could walk to Disney in 10 – 15 minutes and we had a view of the fireworks at night!
Our room was comfortable and we appreciated that there was both a fridge and a microwave as well as a small balcony. The beds were fairly comfortable and the room felt clean overall.
I truly appreciated that parking was free and spaces weren’t hard to find. There was a small pool that we didn’t use since it wasn’t heated and was too cold in November. The continental breakfast I didn’t get to take advantage of but it looked like they had waffle makers to make your own waffles!
I would stay at this location again the next time we are in the area. Bonus points if you are a choice member as it gets you a discounted rate and we got small goodie bags of toiletries as acknowledgment.

Quality Inn is essentially a motel with breakfast and cleaning service. We booked this place because it was within walking distance (20 minute walk) from Disneyland, so it saves some money on parking. The room was decent. The A/​C wasn’t too loud, and neither were the neighbors. We never heard anyone in the other rooms even though we knew they were there, so it was easy to get a good night’s sleep. We received a wheelchair accessible room even though we didn’t need one, so the bathroom was large. There was no tub, just a drain in the floor and a shower curtain. The room included a medium-​sized refrigerator and a microwave.
Breakfast was decent. There are 2 waffle irons if you want to make your own waffles, there were sausage patties and eggs, as well as donuts, cereal, yogurt, and fruit. It made for a good start to the morning. Parking was included, and there was plenty of parking in the front on the side. Free wifi was included as well and we didn’t have problems with the speed.
On our first night, we saw the Disneyland fireworks from the front of the hotel.

Not horrible, not fabulous. The hotel is right across the street from Disneyland. First impression outside is that the place has seen better days and the kids playground is rough. Inside the room my first thought was that it’s not bad.
They have remodeled the rooms as far as furniture and the bathroom. The bed was clean and the fixtures are new. However the building is old so the updated paint still looks rough over old walls. The furniture is dark and it makes the room look dark even in daylight — I had turn on lights to get something out of the armoire.
The air conditioning is an old style wall unit and it did get cold but it was very loud. I suppose the noise served as white noise.
There is a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board, iron, and hair dryer. There is a room safe but it is an added fee paid by swiping your credit card on the safe. Wi-​Fi is free though! They also offer a continental breakfast though we didn’t eat it.
I think that if you are not planning to hang out at the motel and just need a place to sleep, then this place will be just fine.

We stayed February 16th — February 19th 2014.
Booked On-​Line.
Arrived EARLY and were allowed to leave our car in the Parking Lot while we headed to start our Disneyland Adventure. Came back in the early evening after we knew the room would be ready and walked right into the lobby and had our keys in our hands within a couple of minutes.
Our room was 103. Bottom Level, Directly across from the pool/​spa area. The room had a large TV, Two Queen Beds, A Mini-​Fridge, A Desk, A Computer Chair, A Small Closet and a comfortable over-​stuffed armchair. The bathroom had a Shower/​Tub combo. Large Vanity with sink, LOTS of towels and a hair dryer.
The room was perfect for the needs of two women on a Friends-​Vacation.

It was all surprisingly good. It gave enough variety during our stay and the addition of the Hot Egg Patties made me feel less guilty for eating Cotton Candy AND a Pretzel in Disneyland.
Every Morning I’d load up with a hard oiled egg, two halves of an Egg Pattie, one half of a sausage patty and a Banana. On the last day I really treated myself with a piece of toast AND cereal.
Yes, the pillows *ARE* as small as they look in the photos other people have posted, but I found them to be really comfortable. My head isn’t that big, I don’t really need all that pillow that my normal pillows allow me. They gave us each 4 «half» size pillows and one was perfect for me.
The walls are thin, we did hear other patrons slamming the doors (come on people, be nice to others will ya!) Very rarely did we hear talking, if a child was being loud in the pool or while walking past our door we did hear them, but it was no big deal. It was so quiet if the TV or Shower was on we couldn’t hear anyone. It’s a MOTEL after all, not an expensive high-​rise apartment building, you will hear sounds.

ONE SUGGESTION TO THE HOTEL:
You have one lamp in the room with two outlets on it, which is fantastic, but I feel it would be better served if that lamp was on the night stand between the two beds. Many people charge their phones while they sleep and like to have the phones near them. We actually switched the location of the lamp ourselves to better suit our needs.

San Francisco, CA
We had a great 3 night stay at Quality Inn this past weekend! It’s really close to the park and was only about $ 65/​night. Our room (232) was upstairs on the end and we never heard any noise from traffic or other guests. Everything was super clean and it was nicely spacious. There were a fridge and microwave so you can keep some snacks and drinks in the room.
Breakfast is packed in kind of tight, but the food wasn’t bad. They had waffles, donuts, mini cinnamon rolls, egg patties, sausage, toast, juice, coffee, yogurt, and bananas. It’s way better than paying out the ass inside the park.
We tried two different ways to get to the park. You can walk down Katella, take a left on Disneyland Dr, and cut through the Grand Californian to end up in Downtown Disney. The other way was to cut through the Cast Member parking lot just across the street from the hotel and walk towards the Disneyland Hotel to get on the monorail, which drops you off in Tomorrowland. They both take around 8 or 10 minutes — a few extra when it’s 95 degrees and your feet are just… paaaaain.
