Eden Roc Inn & Suites

Stayed for my annual NAMM business trip where all the hotels jack up the rates due to convention time. This hotel was a pleasant upgrade from all the other shanty hotels littered around Disney. Granted this is my first visit for (3) nights, however, Many of the reviews here are not commensurate with the quality and comfort this place provides. The front desk staff was friendly. The room I was in was very spacious and CLEAN. The beds were comfy. The only drawback was there was some neighbor noise /​thin walls which hopefully you will avoid depending on your neighbor. I’d recommend a top floor room. BTW — I accidentally left my laptop in my room and the hotel front desk girl was very honest and stowed it for my friend to do an emergency pick up, how often does that happen?! Overall a great experience. Thank you, we will be back.

Very nice room and we had adequate parking. Recommendation stay on the top floor due to it having tile flooring. (Which a plus, I wish more hotel would do tile because it is so much more sanitary)
Overall a great stay, no complaints here!

This place was awesome. Everything completely brand new, nicely decorated, easy to get to your car, didn’t hear a sound. You can’t get any closer walk to Disney unless you’re in a Disney hotel. Could see the fireworks right out the window. Will be back

Stayed here a few days ago for a night. It was decent priced but I guess you get what you pay for? Our room looked nothing like the photos. The «living room» if you will was in a room with a door and the pull out couch. Seemed like a big closet. The pull out barley fit when opened and the blanket was dirty. If it didn’t look used by the last occupants I guess they weren’t changed??? The room itself was clean until my 2 y/​o ran around with no socks on and ended up with dirty black feet. Guess they don’t clean the floors either? Both bed sheets didn’t seem clean/​changed or they need to hire a new laundry service. Anyways I guess we’ll just pay the extra money and stick with Marriott hotels.

Was able to get a room same day. Price for family suite was unbeatable. Expected poor quality because of price, but we couldn’t have been more wrong. The room was brand new. The guest service was 10 stars! Very accommodating, friendly, and a quick walk to Disney. The next day, the hotel allowed us to park our cars there free of charge even though we only stayed for one day. They even let my husband check in his motorcycle gear so we wouldn’t have to end up paying for a locker at Disney. Overall, great experience! Great room! Great customer service!!! Highly recommend!!!

We had an excellent stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, very nice, and very spacious. There was a security guard on the premises. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Anaheim. Excellent location and close to everything.

This is my second visit to Eden Roc inn & suites. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Anaheim well u found it. The rooms in the ground floor is bigger than the ones upstairs l, free parking, good room services and very good location especially if visiting Disney land

Stayed here for a quick trip to Disneyland.
We usually stay at another place, but it was fully booked. So we decided to give this place a try. This place looks pretty brand new.
We booked a queen room and it was pretty spacious including the closet and bathroom. The room has a lot of lights, which I love. The beds are comfy enough to relax on after a long day at the park. Free Wi-​Fi, but we all had issues with it. It kept disconnecting and you would have to login again and again.
Location location location is always a must whenever we come visit Mickey mouse and his friends. So it’s like 10 minutes because you walk through Grand Californian. Its really not bad.
Checking in and checking out was a breeze. But remember to turn in your parking permit because they will charge you for that little piece of hanger. We almost forgot until the guy reminded me. Who knows how much that would’ve been. Lol
They don’t serve breakfast here like most hotels/​suites, but it didn’t matter to us because we have a breakfast spot else where.
I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel rooms look exactly like the pictures!!! Super close walk to downtown Disney! Only down fall was floors were a little dirty by the look of the towels we laid down to step on to get out of the shower and for the first day/​night our AC unit smelled like mildew so we shut it off and just left the window open!!! Great room for the $ 100 a night price point!!! Def would stay again just for the proximity to the park alone!!!

We came here for an overnight 2 day stay at Disneyland and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. We came about 5 hours before our check in time and they were very nice and let us park our car with a parking pass in their lot while we went about our day in the park till our check in time. Unfortunately by the time we got back at around 3pm to check in the computer systems were down and it took an hour to check in but the staff was very apologetic and we were fine we understand things happen beyond our control.
Once we got our room we were happy to see how nice the room was. It had A.C., comfortable beds and was very clean, however the hot water for the shower didn’t work, which would have been an issue if we were staying longer than one night but not a problem since we were leaving the next day anyway.
They don’t have any kind of complementary breakfast unfortunately which if they did have I would rate this place 5 stars. It would be nice to be able to go down to the lobby and have a nice relatively quiet breakfast, but instead we went to the Downtown Disney Starbucks which was super busy and expensive, but no big deal.
All in all, we will definitely always come here for our Disney visits from now on.

I had an overall great experience staying here.
Checked in at around noon and was able to get into my room right away. This was amazing since check-​in isn’t until 3pm. The man at the front desk was very kind and even helped us get discounted tickets to Disneyland.
The room is very clean, newly renovated. There are hardwood floors, which didn’t bother me since I brought slippers. Very nice flat screen TV, mini fridge, microwave, and AC unit. Everything worked well. Water pressure of shower was great. Bed was comfortable.
The only issue I had was with the wifi (which is free). I was unable to connect to the wifi and the man at the front desk was unhelpful. I eventually just gave up and went to a Starbucks to access the internet. When I was checking out he suddenly remembered this trick to logging on that he had neglected to mention when I told him I was having trouble earlier in the day.
Quick walk to Disneyland. You can cut through the Grand Californian Hotel and enter into California Adventure from there, or you can go straight into Downtown Disney.
They have free parking. No hidden resort fees like some other hotels I had looked into.
For the price, amenities, and location, I would definitely stay here again. I felt very comfortable.

Good place if just using it to sleep between visits to the park.

For the price, location, and substance; this hotel is beyond a great value for the Disneyland resort area. Located just a half mile from the entrance of Disneyland (if you take the shortcut through Disney’s Grand Californian resort), it’s just a hop, skip and jump from the happiest place on Earth. BTW, walk it, and save 17.00 on parking.
Don’t give me wrong, this isn’t in the same class of any of the Disney resort hotel, but the rooms were recently remodeled, and has a very nice feel to it. The Beds are very comfortable, which is one of the reason for my five star rating, and the walls were thick enough for next door neighbor to not hear my snoring Also, parking is free, and Wi-​Fi connection was solid! The rooms are much larger than the Best Western across the street from Eden Roc, and I was stunned that the price was 60.00 less than it too.
I really don’t care about some free breakfast, because i found one of the best Breakfast burrito I ever had down the street at Daniel’s burgers. if you want to have a crash pad between days at the park, this is now one of the best values you’ll find in the resort area.

Stayed here for 5 nights while on vacation. We stayed in the 2 queen bedrooms and it was huge. It even had a closet! The «continental breakfast» wasn’t anything good. My son at least had hot chocolate every morning. We went to a local donut shop instead.
Only two recommendations for the hotel:
#1 Have some customer service training. You could charge a lot more if your customer service improved.
#2 Have housecleaning check walls for stains etc. By the coffee station in our room there was splatters on the wall when we checked in. I’m assuming it was coffee.
Other than that it was great. You can’t find anything in Anaheim like this. I was thoroughly impressed by the rooms. I believe when they remodeled they knocked down half the wall and made two rooms into one big room. I also liked the room keys! First time I’ve seen that technology. We booked rooms directly through their website and had no problems.

In the past when I stayed at the Eden Roc, I would tell Oscar at the front desk that Eden Roc hotel was in need of a major design revamp. In 2014 he promised that they were redoing the entire hotel, which was to be ready in 2015. Well, I just stayed there and all I can say is WOW! The hotel has transformed into an updated retro chic Boutique Hotel. The lobby and my room were quite striking in design and with great styling. My room was very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and very clean. I truly enjoyed my stay there and definitely will be back next year. And, it is so convenient, located right across the street from Disneyland. Oscar at the front desk was very nice and very accommodating.

This will now be my go-​to hotel for future visits!
Due to my late booking, I got their two double beds room. And wow, it was a large room! Large living space and comes with a microwave and fridge. The renovated rooms are no joke. We got a corner room and it was a larger room than the Anaheim Hilton and it was super nice! New flooring, new sinks, new tubs! (Made my visit during mid-​February)
My only regret was I couldn’t get two nights! Extremely close to Disneyland, you walk through the California Hotel and Downtown Disney to get to the entrance, a good 15 – 20 minute walk.
Subtracted one star due to the front desk service. They weren’t too friendly and sounded very unhappy.

the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. the front desk manager (didn’t get her name, middle aged woman) was especially rude. why remodel if your employees all have terrible attitudes? spend the money on customer service training, I won’t be back.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
To ownership: please replace your current manager (middle aged woman) immediately. She tried making fraudulent charges on our credit card and when we finally got in contact with her after the third try, she turned her backs on us. Instead, she tried having one of her employees deal with us instead of fixing the issue. She told us that she would not talk to us (multiple times) until we would calm down. She hid in the back room and made us wait almost an hour until she finally agreed to refund our money.
I was going to give this place a five star review especially since the price was such a steal! But I have never had such horrendous customer service until this experience. Never ever again.

Stayed here for a few days with my friends while we went to a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was a great location within walking distance to the Convention Center, downtown Disney and great places to eat. The rooms were LARGE, beautifully renovated and the staff members were great! They are still undergoing construction, but once everything is complete this place will be a goldmine! Rooms are equipped with the usual: TV, mini fridge, iron, hairdryer, closet with hangers, etc. I stopped by the hotels that my friends were staying at and I have to say this was the best option that we saw!
Bottom Line: Great, affordable, and clean place to stay in Anaheim
FYI we stayed in a double & there is parking!

Good hotel, comfy beds, all remodeled and great price!
Upside… Close to Disney, cheap, new amenities, and no carpet!!! Carpet can get worn down and icky I prefer tile or even linoleum floor :)
Downside… Parking lot is horrible not enough space if you get there late and horrible continental breakfast. I think within a few months that will be remedied. It looks like a new breakfast area is almost ready to be used. It looked nice but wasn’t up and running yet.
Def stay here again.
