King Limousine Service

We’ve been using King Limousine service for several years for company functions. They are reliable and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

I do not recommend this company for bus charter services for the following reasons:
1. Air conditioning system did not work upon arrival. By the time we loaded the 40 plus bodies it was like the air did not even work.
2. I did not realize until the ride home that the speedometer was not working! Yes we were clearing moving at it remained at zero. Bus driver knew upon picking us up. I have recorded video that documents this.
Essentially this company values money more than the humans on the bus. We should of never been picked up by this bus. It’s a shame the company could not be honest and do the right thing.
3. Because the air didn’t work the driver told a person on the bus to open the emergency exit on the roof if the bus. Another no no!
4. 4 seats were ripped and not tiny tears. I could lift up the entire cloth ripped.
5. No running water in the bathroom sink.
Beware if you do use this company and get bus 63. Check it to make sure all of my complaints have been fixed.
I called the company and the owner called me back to babble about signing a contract and how things sometimes break… Totally get that «things» breakdown. My problem is that we were given a broke down bus from the get go and did nothing to stop it. Instead they endangered people’s life’s rather than sending a bus the was in operating accordance.
Beware and be cautious. This company is in violation and the CA department of transportation has been notified.
People be diligent and don’t make the mistake our group did and get on the bus.

The president of the company is an awesome guy. Very helpful, service is prompt and well priced.
