Genesis Limo Service

The only reason for two stars is because Sam was so great on the ride back.
Booking them was a nightmare! I asked multiple times to get charged ahead of time and got confirmation from Mike that this would happen but it never did!!! I emailed my contract to him 4/​19, followed up on 4/​23, emailed again on ⁴⁄₂₈. I finally had to call again to be told I hadn’t been charged yet because there was no cc expiratiom date. Would have been nice to get a reply! I emailed them the card’s expiration date ⁴⁄₃₀. STILL NO CONFIRMATION! I texted Mike the night before (⁵⁄₁₃) asking him to confirm my reservation and that I STILL hadn’t been charged. He said the driver would charge me the next day. Great. Thanks.
The next day, I get a call from the driver because he’s lost in the complex. I give him directions, confirm how he entered, and he never looked at the map at the entrance to see what building we’re in. I spent 10 minutes trying to track him down and had to walk around the complex, consequently ruining the surprise for my husband who didn’t know I’d reserved a limo. The driver also either had no experience or was just rude because he eased over the speed bumps for the front but bounced us and sped up over the back end. There was also leftover drinks still in glasses in the limo and our controls in the back were disabled after I tried to turn on the lights and AC. He didn’t say a single word the whole way and never offered us anything, even one of the no longer chilled, half open drinks! When we got to the airport, he took my credit card and shut the driver’s side door so I couldn’t see what he was doing. He came out and asked me to write my email on a crumpled up receipt to send me a receipt. He took a picture on his cell phone of the front and back of my credit card! Now I’m paranoid he’s going to use that info!
I texted Mike when we landed on the way back at 3:57pm on ⁵⁄₂₀. Only then did he contact Sam, asking him to take our fair. Sam was great and apologized for being late (i gave my airline info in my contract and was told they would watch it for changes). He also said he’d found out only minutes after I texted Mike because he usually does extra things for honeymooners! We missed out on that but he talked to us the whole way, asked how we liked our trip, how we liked where we lived, etc. He was the complete opposite of the horrible driver we had the first time!
I also asked for a towncar on the way back from the airport since we only had two carry ons that could fit in the trunk and I wanted a nice car for my husband. Well Sam came in an SUV which was still a nice vehicle but not quite what I asked for. He also automatically gave us water. Refreshing!
I’ll never use Genesis again and will make sure my friends don’t use them either. Sam was excellent so I guess if you ever get desperate and need a ride, make sure you ask for him only!

I used Genesis for a surprise birthday trip for my grandson to Disneyland. I had made the reservation with the meet and greet at the airport for the additional $ 15.00 fee, however the driver did not meet us instead texted that he would pick us up after we got our checked bags. I had also reserved a return trip to the airport on Monday for our return trip at 6:00am. When no one was there by 6:05 I called and only got an answering machine. We had to scramble to get a ride to the airport, when it showed up 15 minutes later, Genesis was still a no show, this delay made us almost miss our flight. Will never recommend or use this service again.

This limo service is top notch don’t Waste your time looking anywhere else great customer service nice limos and arrived on time I would rate it a ten star if I could

We were picked up from the airport by Pamela. She was very nice and even took us to the grocery store so we could have food for our trip. Great service and we will call her next time we are at Disneyland.

This limo service was by the far the best. Mike was awesome and on top of things and his driver was right on time at 7:30. Her name was Lisa and she was great. I will definitley request her as my driver in the future and will be using this limo company again. Amazing!

I used Genesis to surprise my friend to go dress shopping for her wedding with all her bridesmaids and mom. It was a GREAT experience! Jamie was our driver and he showed up exactly at 10am. Jamie was personable, helpful and flexible with plans and all around awesome driver!
Mike, the owner, was extremely helpful and very responsive when I had questions prior to the day.
All around an amazing experience– the bride was so surprised and we all had a blast together! Would definitely use them again :)

Tried to used them but they were a no show. Booked 2 weeks ago to pick us up at John Wayne and take us to our hotel. They never showed up. Left me and my small kids stranded at the airport. I called and they said «oh sorry I didn’t do the booking let me call and see». They called back and said the driver was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t make it. I asked why they didn’t call and let me know they would t be coming. Her response was she didn’t know. Well her driver knew and should have called. After this very rude lady in the office kept arguing and I just hung up.
Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THEM. almost ruined our trip.

I scheduled with this company to pick up my wife and family and take them from San Clemente to John Wayne Airport at 7 am. I then called the driver, Mike, the night before to confirm the pickup. He said he would be there. The next morning the limo was a no show. My wife and family then needed to scramble enough cars and hurry to the airport to not miss their flight. Very stressful, very bad. We never received a call from them. My wife tried to call them several times but no one would answer. Finally after 2 weeks I called, they answered, and the excuse was «Mike overslept, sorry». Now Mike is Pamela’s son and business partner. This 2 person operation is totally unreliable. I will not use them again for anything. Good luck if you do. Had to give 1 star to be able to post… should be 0 stars.

Excellent service! Driver confirmed before my flight and was waiting as we came down the escalator. The car was very clean, driver was very professional. Highly recommend!

Mike and his staff are very courteous and professional. They email the day before they are to pick us up and show up on time. They are everything one could ask for in a driving service. We would never use anyone else.

So impressed with this company! I used them for my daughters 7^th birthday party and they had a blast! When the limo showed up and I saw the driver get out… I thought OMG!!! It was Pam, our limo driver 10 years prior for mine and my husbands wedding. What a small world! I had no idea. So I would highly recommend them and can’t wait to use them again! Thank you Pam for another unforgettable experience!
