Carlos came out to service my DE filter. He arrived exactly when he said he would be here. Carlos did a great job servicing our filter and started to sweep our pool without me even asking him. Carlos then gave me a wonderful tip on sweeping the pool. Carlos was extremely knowledgeable about the different pool equipment manufacturers. Carlos was a very friendly knowledgeable pool professional and I am definitely going to continue to use him and I would recommend him for anyone looking for an honest, fair pool service professional.

Great service! Moy was very helpful and very fast, in and out in less than 2 hours! He was able to change the grids in our filter, and the pool went from dark green and swampy looking to a lighter and cleaner green! We can see the bottom of the pool now, just waiting for it to become clear. He’ll be back on Thursday and hopefully we are able to jump in our pool by the weekend, thank you very much Moy! And by the way, he’s great with dogs!

Very happy with their services! Very friendly, prompt and communicative. Carlos is a nice person and gives reasonable prices. My pool problem was quite complicated and he helped me even though there was no benefit for him.

Just bought a home and I scheduled an appointment for possible services needed to be done on my pool. Carlos took the time to look through my entire pool and system without any charge and answered any and all questions for me. Like a free consulting service!
In addition he did not try to suggest any sales and simply stated everything looks great. Great to see honest service folks. He stated it perfectly that he wants to be the community pool guy there to really help us not just try to make a profit. I highly recommend Carlos for his knowledge, honesty, and reasonable pricing.

Carlos is the best! I just got off the phone with him and he talked me out of hiring him. I need my spa cleaned and he said I should give it a try first and if I still need help he’d be happy to come help me. That’s the kind of person you want to do business with!

Carlos is such a great person! He is unable to respond to my house because I live too far from his area. However, he has spent over an hour on the phone with me explaining the possible problem with my pool. He has given me several pointers and explainations as to how to problem solve my issues with my pump and skimmer. Even though he knew he would not be getting money from me for his services and time, he was patient and kind. He even went out of his way to call me back the next day to check up on me and the pool.
He has the best customer service I have ever delt with. I wish I lived closer he would have all of my business!!!

Best pool service in Orange County … Just moved in my house 2 years ago and went through about 4 pool services who just want your money and don’t care about your pool… That’s when I came around through froggys pool service through Unilocal and set up an appointment due to the fact they had great reviews through Unilocal.Carlos and his brother came to my house to give me honest estimate and if anything else my pool needed! Gave me price not to cheap and not to expensive which what I was looking for. Have froggys service for about 3 months now and pool hasn’t look EVER that clean before. Very suprised how crystal clear my pool is! Everyone tells me now that how nice and clean my pool is! Wish I found u froggys service 2 years ago and now for sure as long I Iive in my house froggys service will always be there cleaning my pool! Thanks again

Carlos was simply amazing. I called to ask about helping with a jacuzzi repair in our master bath, and although he was unable to help, he gave me the number of another contact and even gave me ideas on how to possibly fix the leaky jet myself. Not only did he spend extra time with me when he had no vested interest in benefitting from the call, he answered his phone at 7:45 AM. Very impressed and would highly recommend his professionalism!

My husband and I recently purchased a townhome with a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, our spa was left unfilled and not running for a couple months, which we new was not good. After filling the jacuzzi, the water was so murky that we couldn’t even see the bottom. We went to the local pool store for advice, and of course were upsold on multiple products. Still unsure about what the pool store had told us, we decided to call a professional. We found Carlos on Unilocal,and it was such a blessing for us that we did. Carlos came out the next day to inspect our situation. He walked us through step by step about the spa equipment and taught us what we would need to do to upkeep the spa. Carlos also told us exactly what products to buy to treat the dirty water, and of course it made much more sense than what the pool store people had told us. I could not recommend Carlos enough. It is so refreshing to see an honest businessman who is so kind and willing to teach his customers about the trade. Thanks again Carlos!

Sadly, Carlos does not service my area… despite not servicing my area, he talked with me for about 15 – 20 min about my pool to give me great advice! I would hire him immediately!

Excellent pool guy. Carlos is a hard working man. Honest no nonsense approach. Tells you what you need, and will do it unless he cannot. Willing to help the new pool owner understand how to maintain the pool. Does get busy at times, but will always get to you when he can.

Needed our pool acid washed wanted to find someone locally, call Quan Pool Service still waiting for a call back. called Froggy’s and they not only answered right away but came by the same day to give us an estimate. Told us they would be here on Monday and he was. Thanks for doing the work so quickly everyone enjoyed the 4^th of July. Carlos is a very honest guy and we highly recommend his company.

Honest and reliable. It is always a pleasure working with Carlos whenever I have a pool related issue.
He’s very knowledgeable and compared to other people like Leslie’s Pool Supply, Carlos is a pool savant. He helped us re-​do the caulking around the pool and has given lot’s of helpful advice on how to maintain the pool. Everything he’s done or told us has been excellent. Owning a pool has its pleasures, but can definitely cause you headaches so that’s why I recommend him to anybody that owns a pool to make your life a lot easier.

Was on the hunt for a good, honest, reliable pool man when I came across Froggy’s on Unilocal and found just what i was looking for. Carlos saved our pool and our money. Our former pool man was not doing his work as he claimed and even though he was showing up once a week and getting paid, he let our pool go green. He claimed we had a clog yet two weeks gone by and he did nothing to fix it and stopped returning our calls but Carlos to the rescue! He came and realized there was no clog but a cap had fallen off the filter (probably when the former pool man did his «work» since my husband and i don’t touch it) and there was no need to blow it out so he didn’t charge us. Beyond honest, hard working and skilled in what he does! We hired him right then and there for weekly service and he started working on the pool that same day despite it being a late Friday evening. He also called the next day to see how the pool was doing and came back Monday to do more work. thanks to Carlos we are looking forward to enjoying our pool this summer!

Awesome customer service. When we bought our house, the pool was green and gross. Carlos came out the same day I called and got it crystal clear.
When our pool pump took a dive, Froggy’s Pool came to the rescue again and installed a new and improved pool pump service the following day just in time for us to enjoy the pool during the heat wave. Great, fast, and professional customer service that’s always on time. I would recommend him for any pool service. Prices are great and always honest with options.

Called yesterday for an estimate and Carlos came in the afternoon as promised… Took care of my filter and pool and got me back on track… Very friendly and honest hard working man. I even referred my friend that was looking for a new pool man. Thanks again Carlos!
