History

Established in 2001.

Perfect Pool & Spa Service was established in 2001 as a small family business by Steve and Kay Kiley. The name we chose had very little to do with what we thought of ourselves and everything to do with what we strive to be. Our mission statement is very simple: offer quality work at reasonable rates, always be honest, build trust and satisfy every customer. If we ever fall short of our mission, we fix it and we fix it fast. These simple goals have served us well over the years.

Ten years ago Steve and Kay joined forces with Mike and Michele Gordon. Mike and Michele already had their own very successful pool service company, but all of us shared the same vision. Our goals today remain the same as they were in 2001. Whether we’re starting up a new pool for a builder, installing or repairing equipment, or doing weekly pool service, we promise to do good work at a fair price. Customer satisfaction is important to us. We are not «Perfect», but we certainly strive to be.
