First Class Limo was really outstanding! We booked the beautiful Escalade for a high school dance for my child. They were on-​time and the vehicle was clean, prepped and absolutely stunning. The Lamborghini doors were a hit. Yolanda was a pleasure to work with before the event and Rafael was an incredible (and very patient) driver! I was so relieved at the easy scheduling, reasonably priced rates and reliability working with First Class Limousines!

I am an overbearing mother and Yolanda was amazing and answered all of my questions and eased my fears. My son and his friends had the best time at Winter Formal. Rafael, their driver, was the best. I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you, Yolanda and Rafael. We will definitely be using them again.

Seriously, could we have had a better experience with Yolanda and First Class? The answer is NO! 20 of my closest girlfriends and I decided to plan a trip to the Price is Right and needed transportation. A friend gave me Yolanda’s number and the rest is history. She is a great communicator, gave us an outstanding price, and completely blew us away with her service. She was timely, professional and a total sweetheart. We will DEFINITELY be using them again!

From the start, Yolanda made our decision on the limousine for our wedding an easy one. She was quick to answer questions and offered a package that was very reasonable. She even followed up with us even up to the day before our big day. The day of the wedding, the limo was on time, clean, and everything we were hoping for. My husband made the mistake of giving our limo driver incorrect instructions. By the time I realized this, the limo driver was so accommodating to correct our mistake. Overall, First Class Limousine was professional and a great choice for our wedding. Looking forward to hiring them again for any future events we may have!

Yolanda made my sweet 13 year old daughter’s SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY AMAZING!!! After a very sad year of loss my daughter said she wanted nothing for her 13^th birthday but we knew she is worth much more than that!!! I called for the first time and Yolanda matched a price plus offered something even better, THE NEW, SPARKLING CLEAN CADILLAC ESCALADE!!! The group of teen girls had a memorable time cruising to Downtown Disney and than to SPRINKLES CUPCAKES in Costa Mesa all while singing to great music from the good sound system and giggling. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!! I’D DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL MY FRIENDS.

Yolanda was awesome! This company was hired for a wedding and Yolanda fit all our needs! I highly recommend using this company, we took two different limos with the company the second one was a Hummer Limo and was top of the line! Job well done First Class Limousine Service!

I was looking for a limo for my daughter and her friends to take them to prom and I ended up choosing First Class Limousine. Yolanda was super friendly and was willing to work with the budget we had. They ended up going in the Hummer which my daughter said was huge and a lot of fun. She said Yolanda was very nice, accommodating, and even charged their phones for them. Booked a limo for my brothers birthday party. After searching and calling many limo companies, this one gave me the price I was looking for. The limo was nice and clean and the driver was excellent. Very smooth and comfortable. The driver took care of us and treated us the first class way. I’ve used many limo services before, but this one I staying with.
I will reserve them next month for my daughters sweet sixteen.

With so many limousine services around Orange County I find it hard to pick the right one. I was recommended First Class Limousine Service by a friend of mine and I am glad I listened to him. The service was exceptional and the limousine was stunning. The driver showed up on time to pick up my party and was courteous to everyone. We had a wonderful time and it may not have been possible if wasn’t for them. Now I know who to contact next time I need any limousine service. Thank you once again for everything.

I helped coordinate the birthday bash for my little brother (19yo) and this time we got the white hummer. I actually had no idea where exactly to take my brother in LA — so the driver made several suggestions (Hollywood and Malibu).
Can I say thank you for 1) the AMAZING suggestions and 2) the great time?!
The drivers not only know how to get us from point A to point B. But they’ve got street knowledge when it comes to have a good time.

This is the worst LIMO service you can take. We had some rundown 90’s limo that the owner probably bought on Craigslist for 10k.
But despite the old limo, that wasn’t the reason for my 1 star review.
Me and my business partner decided to rent a limo for an event and it was a TOTAL DISASTER. The limo interior lights were falling off. There was no ice in there when we got in the limo. The limo driver almost ran out of gas. The driver backed into a pole three times. The ROOF came off on the freeway and was flapping in the wind. People on the road were pointing and laughing as we traveled up the 405 fwy in this clown mobile. I know most will think we are exaggerating when I say that the roof was peeling off, but it was. It was the weirdest thing we had ever seen. It was flapping in the wind and making a pounding noise against the windows while driving. The driver pulled over on the freeway since the pounding noise made it seem like it was a flat tire. Well, it was the lining of the roof flapping in the wind. We were going to a wedding party and we were unbelievably embarrassed.
As soon as I figure out how to post pictures on Unilocal of the actual limo that we took with the roof coming off I will.
The owner should have done the right thing and COMPED our trip for the disaster, but that wasn’t the case.
Oh, and just for the cherry on top… if you think it couldn’t get any worse. The driver showed up 30 minutes late, we were 2 hours late to our event, and the driver quit on the job and left us there stranded in LA, forcing us to call UBER to get back to Newport.
We had to file a chargeback with our bank because of this. The owner should be ashamed to run such an awful business.

I called first class limo after calling many other limo companies, first class limo were very courteous and very polite. Yolanda picked up the phone and handled all my needs. The most sweeties person you can meet. Their prices are reasonable and their vehicles are very nice. It was a special occasion for me and I wanted everything to be perfect, thanks to first class limo it was a night to remember. Highly recommended for anyone looking for the best service ever.

Took my best Faith driven ladies to a play recently; hired their services for a limo pick up and drop off from Anaheim to LA and back for 6 hours of service. When I phoned them I spoke with Yolanda, she was kind and calm– answered all my questions! I felt she took time to understand the tone of my gift to these women. She listened to my preferences and accommodated all my requests with kindness!
It was a surprise so timing was crucial. The driver arrived on time/​15 minutes early! Not my typical experience w limo services, they tend to be late and laxed. This man was very appropriate in his mannerisms, kind to my guests and got us to the play on time safely! When we arrived we touched up before exiting and he was patient! We left our belongings of plenty in the limo and felt that trust and security to do so. When the play was over our driver needed no prompting, he was out front looking for us, ready to open our door! He was great! The office lady Yolanda was echoed in the drivers demeanor and vice versa! Great team! Will use them as often as possible

My wife surprised me and picked me up for a date. Then the driver proceeded to pickup 4 more of my friends and their spouses before driving to Newport Beach for an amazing dinner. We had the champagne flowing and all the soda and ice we could want. Nice that they had these details figured out. The limo was immaculate and the driver was quiet and courteous and new the cities we traveled to inside and out!
We will definitely use them again and try a hummer. Also they had availability and the price was right!

Love this company, I have used them more than once. The price is right and they were on time. That’s half the battle now isn’t it?!?
Next time I’m calling them for clubbing with the girls… or maybe I’ll take my hubby for a VIP wine tasting in Temecula. Thanks 1^st Class for living up to your name!
