My 10 year old son comes to Vickie Greenberg Orthodontics for braces. The service is prompt and courteous and the Dr. Greenberg is nice, efficient and patient. Would recommended to anyone needing ortho work.

Came to this place 2 years ago for Invisalign and I’ve had a great experience throughout the time. The staff is super friendly and care about you. Hasmik isn’t just amazing and very attentive, thank you so much for your wonderful service.
The place is always decorated with fun designs and they give you gift cards for your birthday and for referrals. Overall, I’m very happy with how my teeth came out and the experience that came along with it.
Btw, their prices beat 4 other places, so keep that in mind!

Horrible horrible office! beware! Take your business somewhere else! Don’t waste your money! Georgia and Hasmik (front office) are rude! Dr Greenberg only cares about getting her money and not about her patients!

About two years ago, I was looking for an orthodontist who could treat me with Invisalign. I went to 6 orthodontists for initial consultations in LA County and finally chose Dr. Greenberg. I chose her because she is a board certified orthodontist, an Invisalign elite provider with great education and tremendous experience, is very honest, has an A+ rating on BBB, and offers a very reasonable price.
Every time I go to her office, I am so glad I have picked her. Dr. Greenberg is a truly professional and good-​natured doctor. She is the doctor that does not merely pursue a profit but truly loves what she does and cares about her patients. I can be seen by the doctor on my every visit. Over the two years, she has been going out of her way to make her patients happy.
All her staff are very kind and welcoming. Cinia is highly skilled and experienced; I am so happy to have her as my chairside assistant. Hasmik is such an expert with insurance, Georgia has been very flexible with appointment scheduling, and Angela and Josie have been so helpful.
My treatment is almost done and I couldn’t be happier with the improvement of my teeth. If you choose Dr. Greenberg, I can say with full confidence that you will be in excellent hands! Thank you so much to Dr. Greenberg, Hasmik, Georgia, Cinia, Angela, Josie!

This review is for GEORGIA, the woman who makes the appointments for Dr. Greenberg. I had some questions about extractions and she was shockingly condescending and rude. I felt like she wanted to have an argument with me (she was yelling) and acted like I should already know Dr. Greenberg’s orthodontic procedures. I have met Dr. Greenberg and know she is very kind so I am disappointed that she employs this abusive person.

First — i feel like i was being coerced into writing a review…
I like the assistants a lot. They were always friendly and nice.
However, I’m not sure I got my money’s worth and will still be wearing retainers for an additional year for 21 hours a day (this was not mentioned until after the two years of invisilign treatment was over). I’m not sure i would have paid for this had i known it would consist of wearing plastic trays that tend to smell no matter how much cleaning and soaking you do. Oh, and you have to buy the cleaner from the office. One would think that after spending so much money on the braces that the cleaner tabs might be thrown in for free… nope!

It’s been 2 years now since I first had my braces put on and I’d have to say that they’re well worth it.
My husband wore braces for 2 years as well and has reaped the benefits of it. Before he had braces he would snore and stop breathing in his sleep nightly. I would have to nudge him awake enough to tell him to breathe. During the day he would always breathe through his mouth since his nasal passage was so closed up.
After he had his palette expansion he has no problem breathing normally and sleeping the whole night through. He barely snores now. The difference is like day and night. He no longer breaths through his mouth all the time like he used to. It’s amazing! I’d definitely have to say that the palette expansion has given him a new lease on life.
I know that if it wasn’t for expanding my palette as well I would have had so many problems. I wouldn’t have been able to breath well, and would have had a facial deformity. (My upper palette stopped growing when I was a child, while the bottom grew at a normal rate). This is my second palette expansion and this made a difference for the comfort of my mouth. My tongue was cramped and my jaws hurt regularly due to the growth that happened after my braces were removed the first time, including the lack of wearing my retainers so that my teeth could meet comfortably. I was in pain when I first went to Doctor Greenberg and now I feel so much better.
Well, if you’re going to take anything away from reading my review it should be to give orthodontia a try if you have problems like us. Braces and orthodontal work is not ONLY for crooked teeth. That is what I hear from EVERYONE. There are so many other things that can be helped by wearing braces and expanding palettes. So, next time you see someone with braces ask them why they’re wearing them rather than saying their teeth look straight already. ;-)

This review is regarding my experience with the front desk while trying to schedule a consultation. I live out of state and have a severe open bite due to tongue thrusting that has caused some gum recession that I am looking to correct. I have been to at least twenty orthodontists in my area and have only found one orthodontist that has told me they can correct my bite without extracting four bicuspids by the use of Damon Braces, but they had no examples of correcting a bite similar to mine. I began to look for non-​extraction orthodontists out of state and came across Greenberg Orthodontics’ website with a before and after picture of an open bite that was corrected that is closer to my own. I called the office and left a voicemail asking if it would be possible to schedule a consultation with Dr. Greenberg over the phone or through e-​mail since I live out of state. Since I’ve been to several orthodontists in the past six months I have x-​rays, panoramic x-​rays, ConeBeam Imaging x-​rays, photos of my bite along with measurements of my open bite, overjet, and arch crowding. I’ve done consultations over the phone and via e-​mail with other orthodontists in other states without any problem. I received a voicemail back from an employee whose English was somewhat difficult to understand asking when I want to come in for a consultation with the subject of a telephone or e-​mail consultation completely ignored. I call again and leave another message and get the same response. I look for an e-​mail address on the website, but cannot find one so I send a message via Facebook which was ignored. I then ask for an e-​mail publicly on their Facebook wall, receive a response, copy and paste that address into an e-​mail, comment on Facebook that I sent an e-​mail, and wait several weeks without a response. I call the office to find that I was given an incorrect address and even though I have x-​rays and information regarding my case, I would still have to come in the office for a complimentary consultation.
A few months later I am planning a trip to a work conference in California and look into scheduling an extra 3.5 trip to Greenberg Orthodontics to have an in-​person consultation. I call to schedule a consultation and am constantly interrupted on the phone from every subject from my name, insurance, even if I was calling about braces. I was first told that complimentary consultations are an hour, but then was later told that Dr. Greenberg would only be with me for 15 minutes unless I paid $ 350 for x-​rays and for her to discuss my treatment options which would take up the remaining 45 minutes. When I mention I already have current x-​rays and bite photos and that out of all the orthodontists I have seen, nobody has charged a fee to tell me if they can or can’t correct my bite and if they can, what my options would be. I also don’t understand why I would need to take x-​rays and deal with more radiation when I have current x-​rays, but am told they will take their own.
I’m then argued with and am told that I must not have gotten to the point of getting a treatment plan with other orthodontists, which is not the case. Every orthodontist I have been to has explained to me if extractions are needed, what kind of braces would be options, what appliances I would need to deal with tongue thrusting, treatment time, retainers, etc. When I mention to just cancel the consultation I’m then asked how much other orthodontists were quoting me for treatment and that I should call back when I have saved up and have my finances in order, which was rude and not even the issue. The receptionist goes on to tell me that if I came in that I wouldn’t be shown any examples of similar bites that the office has worked with, nor would they allow a personal referral from a previous patient with a similar bite that was corrected. I was told I could just look on their webpage or Facebook for that.
The receptionist goes on to tell me what great work has been done in the office and mentioned In-​Ovation braces. When I asked what the difference between In-​Ovation and Damon braces were I was again interrupted and was told how In-​Ovation braces are self-​ligating brackets, but I know Damon braces are also self-​ligating brackets since those were recommended to me to correct my bite. So I have to ask again what the difference is and then I am told they are the same thing. At this point I am more than frustrated with trying to communicate with the staff.
It is obvious from the before and after photos on the website and Facebook page that this office does great work without having to extract teeth like many orthodontists have done for years. I just feel the customer service from the front desk has been very poor and is very frustrating when I am trying to find someone to work with me and save my teeth.

Dr. Greenberg and her staff were very professional, polite, friendly, and efficient. I have always been a nervous type of person whenever I visited my doctor or dentist but I was immediately put at ease after a few minutes of talking to talking to Dr. Greenberg and the staff. They all seemed very knowledgeable and were honest about the different types of treatment and cost. I chose lingual braces and after about 2 years, I am happy to say that I would recommend Dr. Greenberg to anyone who is thinking about braces. I was happy to see the progress of my teeth and my smile and it seemed that Dr. Greenberg and the rest of the staff were as happy as I was to see that the treatment plan was working quickly and correctly. I was always asked if I was happy in how my smile was turning out and if there was anything that I felt needed correction. When i did point something out, Dr. Greenberg would make sure that she remedied the problem. Toward the end, my smile was great except for one tooth that shifted slightly. No problem, Dr. Greenberg and her staff made sure that everything was as perfect as they could get it. My braces are finally off and I am happy with my smile, with the service, and with the overall experience.

I actually found Dr. Greenberg’s office by researching for orthodontists in the Pasadena/​San Gabriel area. Braces are something that I’ve always wanted and needed, and I was pleasantly surprised by the initial visit. The staff is completely warm and friendly and I love the ‘sea’ theme of the office. I now have my braces on and will hope to keep updating as this process continues for the next 2 years. I would definitely recommend Dr. Greenberg!!!

Dr. Greenberg & Staff are very welcoming, forthright, & professional. Their colorfully decorated office puts you at ease & is very kid-​friendly. I’m getting Invisalign & am confident in this decision since they covered all my corrective options. Definitely check them out for orthodontic care!
