The location is a little small but overall the place is nice. It’s your typical Starbucks. Sometimes the employees don’t seem like they want to be there but I can’t say I expected much different. It’s Starbucks.

This is a Starbucks. It has coffee related items. This particular Starbucks is smaller than average. The parking on the day we went was pretty bad. We had to walk more than 50 feet. This was an impulse location, will probably never return.

This is with no doubt the best Starbucks around my area. Baristas are friendly, always very helpful when I have questions about what coffee to order. They are fast and they always make the best frapuccinos. Even though I have a closer Starbucks and with a drive thru, I will keep coming to this location because my coffee and frapuccinos are ALWAYS delicious and made to perfection

This will prob be my new fav spot. I don’t know why the reviews are at its current state… My first visit here is pleasant, and it will deem multiple returns. I like this location already because there were plenty of seats. Often times seats are unavailable either because there aren’t seats(period) or because a particular location is super busy. As I am sitting here around 3PM on a Monday afternoon, there isn’t a line, people are having business meetings, and there are others causally doing their own thing. The noise level isn’t distracting though. The employees seem knowledgeable as well as they answered my question with no issue. One barista gave a lost person directions with a smile. Among themselves, they joked around and seem like they are enjoying their day. Parking was somewhat plentiful since Starbucks was at the end corner of a shopping strip(right hand side). Even so, the immediate parking spaces were taken so it was just a couple of rows over where parking was available.

I’ve actually never had a bad customer service experience at a Starbucks until this morning. Maybe that’s why this one made such an impression. Stopped in during a non-peak time this morning to cash in a couple of rewards(my birthday coincides with my twelfth drink — HELLO, free food and free drink!) The cashier was quite friendly, though the shift leader/manager(I dunno, her name was embroidered rather than on a tag!) was pretty rude to both me and the cashier. I was picking up a drink for a friend. It’s different than my usual order and I said«blackberry pomegranate lemonade, or something like that?» hoping for an assist. She stared at me and asked if I wanted her to *guess* what my friend wanted. I consulted the menu and immediately discovered there’s only one tea lemonade(blackberry MOJITO) with blackberry in the name. Could she not have suggested that, or was it just too much fun to feel superior to a customer? Finally, the cashier obviously puts up with a lot. I saw her reach in front of him a few times to ring people up(on his register) when he was doing a decent job himself. Guess she’s one of those who always has to show people how to do everything. Gets two stars because the cashier, barrista, and drinks are a-okay. That lady(whose name I won’t mention) is clearly not meant for interfacing with the public, though.
