Very friendly staff and great facility, geared towards children with cartoon characters on the wall of the waiting area and lots of toys and TVs.
We didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor, they ran the tests very fast and were great with our son.
If you have to go to an urgent care with your child, this is a great one to go to.

I went to Acute Kids after having a horrible experience at Pediatrics After Hours in Garland. AK was awesome! The dr took the time to answer all of my questions, do a thorough exam and explain the meds and what they do. Anytime my daughter needs to be seen when our pedi office is closed, I will make the drive to Allen. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We visit this place way more often than our pediatrician. Most of the time (not all of the time) we are literally in and out in 30 minutes. These people take efficiency to a whole new level.
