History

Established in 2013.

Guest House Events began in 2013 when the founders agreed they wanted to create a robust, community building marketing and events company. Fulfilling a community’s needs is pillar in the company that still holds to this day. Guest House Events is committed to being an events and marketing resources for non-​profit, for-​profit, corporate, and private clients.

Arthur was fantastic to work with! He got everything finalized well before the event, their setup was quick and efficient, and everyone had so much fun taking pictures. We got our picture link the very next day after the event. We’ll definitely be using Guest House Events again!

Bravo to Guest House Events for the planning of an amazing wedding we attended at The King Family Winery in Charlottesville, VA! The wedding ceremony was breathtaking, outside with the mountains in the background followed by an amazing reception! Great music and awesome photo booth drew very positive reactions from guests.

Guest House are wonderful to work with. They are very responsive and willing to help you determine just what you need, and they are fun and flexible. They’re very professional, but quite willing to get into the spirit of an event: for us that meant looking the part of suave secret agents and femme fatales at the Spy Museum. They are prompt, good problem-​solvers, and very friendly. I highly recommend using them!

Guest House Events did a flawless job helping our nonprofit with an event at the Spy Museum! They ironed out all the decoration details (including making centerpieces and a few signs), took care of the event set-​up, provided a stellar photobooth our guests loved and a quick break down.

Hired Guest House the wknd of 8÷15÷2015 for a outside family crab feast! They were so professional, courteous and like a part of he family! Their photo booth gave us options like filters and background clip art that the competition does not do! They made our event a success! We will continue to hire them for all of our event for now on!
So, if you are looking for a company who is down to earth, fun, professional and a company who exceeds your expectations Guest House events is the company for you!

I recently went to GHE’s event with Mojitos and Salsa dancing. I am not a great dancer. I am not even a good dancer. However, I had a wonderful time at this event, as the alcohol was plentiful and tasty and the dancing was energetic and inclusive. I had to get up early the next morning, but I definitely wish I had stayed until the end!

Guesthouse events truly knows how to make an event pop. I attended a fundraiser organized by Guesthouse and I was pleasantly surprised at how stylish and lively the event turned out. The staff was top notch, the event space was in a great location in downtown DC, and experience was made complete with dancing demonstrations and libations! Highly recommend this group to anyone looking to up the ante at their next event.

I went to an event hosted and coordinated by Guest House Events. It was amazing. The event was a Mojito and Salsa night to support an Hispanic heritage project for a local LGBT group. The night was so much fun. Check in ran very smoothly. The space was gorgeous and very well decorated. The DJs were great and kept the energy up all night.
If you need an event coordinated, Guest House Events is the group to go to. They are professional, charitable and incredibly organized. They know how to throw a party.

My venue recently hosted an event run by The Guest House Events group; I must say they are one of the most organized and professional event design shops I’ve had the benefit of working with. On top of their diligent and efficient levels of communication their conceptual creativity and ability to fulfill and execute on the vision were incredible to observe. Throw in how much they care about the community and the energy they take to invest in building positive business relationships, and you’ve got yourself the one place you should go for your event needs.

Guest House Events is not only a charitable group, but also intriguing and innovative with how they organize their product to fit the needs and passions of their client demographic! We were blessed to have Guest House at our annual holiday event, serving hundreds of homeless youth in the District. Guest House surprised us with an incredible train building station and snowflake creation station. These were two brilliant activities that the children had never had in the past, and a huge hit at one of the biggest holiday charity events in DC!
