Working from office space in Old Town, Alexandria has its privileges. Public transportation — including bikes, boats, trains and trolleys — will help get you around quickly. Both the King Street Metro and Old Town Trolley are close. Ample parking is always available.

Connect113 offers 24-​hour access, conference rooms, guest hours, kitchen, shower (yes, even a shower), a dedicated address/​mailbox as well as building directory listing (s) and discounted rates for every additional team member of your growing business. Think of it as coworking, easy as 1−1−3.

History

Established in 2010.

The founders of Connect113 were previously stymied by the lack of affordable workspace and the dry cleaning bills from coffee stains. Connect113 offers entrepreneurs, mobile workers, salespeople, telecommuters, and corporate teams a place with the resources of a corporate office and the community of a small company.

After working at home for an international insurance company for 7 years, I found Connect113. Or should I say Connect113 found me. Either way you look at it; here I am with a back ground in insurance, business analytics, management and sales. Joining Connect113 in May of 2014 and having this new baby; I am referring to Connect113 as do not have any human children, is keeping me busy. Watching this company grow, the members and their business’ is a passion of mine. Connect113 welcomes any and all business’ to come by for a tour and share our space!
