I would not recommend using this company. We used Marsha Grant Management and now deeply regret it. Marsha is very rude — we spent more time arguing with her than getting things done. After we gave her notice that we were ending the contract, she stopped paying our bills and doing any work for us even though she was still being paid. Her bookkeeping of our accounts was a total shambles. We had to spend time and money to figure out what money was received and where it was spent. Horrible experience.

This morning we woke up to no running water anywhere in the apartment. I have a newborn and need to mix formula with WATER so I called Marsha Grant directly. Rather than a courteous response that she will look into it, or better yet a simple explaination that work is being done on the water system, she instead asks if I own or rent the apartment. Since I rent, her response instead was «you have to call your landlord I’ve told you a million times!» Actually Marsha Grant, I shouldn’t have to. As the owner of this awful company you have a responsibility to the residents with regard to their safety and basic rights as tenets of the building you manage. You shouldn’t have the water turned off during a weekday morning WITHOUT prior notice when people have to get ready for work etc., and if we call you because it’s an emergency and water is required to feed my child, then I deserve a response.
