Justine is an amazing realtor! Within 2 weeks, she had found an off-​market property, in a great area with lots of space. She took the time to explain the buying process and contract before we started so we were ready to go. My husband and I worked with Justine & Gina and have never been so pleased!!! We were first time home buyers and naturally the process is a bit daunting especially in a geography like the Bay Area. They established a great deal of rapport between us, they made the process extremely seamless, organized, anxiety-​free and fun! I received a job offer out-​of-​state and needed to sell my house fast. It was in good condition but needed cleaning and paint. What to do? I hired Justine and Gina from Harbor Bay Real Estate and got circa 100K over asking price. I moved to Florida they took care of everything — cleaning, paint, inspections and repairs (like earthquake retrofitting of the gas line and a 1000 other little things found by inspectors). They sent me photos of the place once they had finished and I was amazed. The house sold within a week of the first open house — we had multiple offers! They did a great job!
