Established in 1986.
Dr. Okamura is born and raised in Wahiawa, HI. He graduated from Leilehua High School. His determination was for people to have better vision and with doing so, he graduated from Illinois College of Optometry. His thought is that if he can make a person see better, then he accomplished that person to see the world in a whole new way. He is also an active member with his church and is a gifted pianist.
