i WOULD RATE THIS PLACE A BIG FAT «0» Another words no stars. I went there last night and the manager was very confrontational (Johnny) and called me profanity. This all stems from Mr. Johnny belittling an employee and calling her names. As if he is better then the rest of the world. I would not recommend eating here nor would I drink with my friends here. They are fake with there smiles and do not appreciate the workers. I will write a new post everyday I go to work until the ownership for the establishment acknowledges they have a very bad seed working and worst of all they have put him in a manager position which he clearly never earned. I bid you all fare well for today! thank you

I had the chicken and waffles, my girlfriend had the breakfast tacos, and they were both awesome. The mimosa special is a great deal for a Saturday morning recovery, and our server, Dakota, was friendly, helpful, and funny. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a long time!

Been on Sunday and enjoyed the $ 7 mimosa pitcher! WOOH! They had a great menu and have a couple of egg Benedict dishes, some good scrambles, and bagels/​lox! Plus the atmosphere seems like Gen X with kiddos and millennials.

Loved this place for an early happy hour and light dinner. The outside patio and view were perfect (Right on a little stream of water and bridge) nice happy hour wine and food. We shared lots of dishes and all were delightful

It felt like I was at a house party in my college days. the place just echoes with everyone’s conversations. Their is music, but, again… it feels like your buddy is playing music from his phone during his house party.
Oh and forget about getting a drink in a timely manner. The night I went, there were 3 bartenders, but it looked like only 1 of them know when the heck was going on. They bartenders had no pattern they followed in taking drink orders; it was just random. I hate shouting at bartenders or waving around a $ 20 bill. I feel like you are disrespecting the bartenders, but apparently that’s what you had to do here. If you are meeting friends here, it would be faster for you to go to Ice House, across the street, to grab and drink… enjoy it and come back. Such a let down for such a great location.

Was visiting my friend in Dallas not too long ago and we were in a definite mood for wings and beer.
What do you know? This place is right next to her apartment, Fiori.
When we arrived, we discovered a great bar tender with awesome ideas for beers to try and let us know about all of the happy hour specials and wing special! We were delighted.
Being the slob that I am and add in the fact that I don’t eat wings terribly often, I immediately dropped 1 into my lap, soiling my shirt. The bar tender came to the rescue with towel and club soda! I saved my shirt (still wear it) and we had a great time laughing at me later when I dropped another wing into my lap not even 5 minutes later… I was wearing a bib and napkin on my lap and still managed to hit part of my shirt!
Can’t beat this establishment for great customer service! Oh and the wings and beer were great!

Extremely overpriced for food portions, and food is just okay. They charge me $ 5 for a side of fries that are smaller than the value fries at Wendy’s and $ 9 for the smallest serving I have ever seen at any restaurant. Only reason I went is because it is within the apartment complex, I just need to make sure I stop before I get home or just go to the Addison Ice House just across the street.

Visited two night in a row for wine and appetizers. 5 stars for the service — very quick on refills and very friendly, especially the manager, Abby. 3.5 stars for the food. Menu needs a little more variety with more healthy options, but we enjoyed the calamari (especially the marinara with red pepper flakes) and quesadillas. We also ordered the Brussels sprouts, but those needed a little more time in the oven to truly roast them (or maybe they were steamed?) Can’t beat the location right on the park, with a sweet patio.

I play kickball on Wednesday nights at Vitruvian Park and there is a sponsor bar for the social group. However the food at this place is so many levels better. The drinks here are good as well. I enjoy walking here because it is right next to the park. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. Not a big menu here, but the items they serve is fantastic. I enjoy the truffle fries, and the Fried Chicken and Bacon sandwich. The only down side is the service provided by a couple of the waitresses. When you are serving a table of 7 or 8 people, you should really write down everyone’s order.

I live at Savoye and it is nice having a café downstairs. MH Café is the type of place you visit because it is convenient and not too busy. The menu is limited, and the food is ok. The restaurant wait staff is really nice, but very inexperienced. The combo of the food and staff results in us driving to other restaurants and I wish this were not the case. The bartenders are more experienced and it has been a better experience sitting at the bar vs the restaurant.
The dog friendly outdoor space and $ 1 mimosas on the weekend bring us out more often than we would come otherwise. I’m really hoping time and experience will make MH Café my preferred destination.

This is really cute spot and appears like its up and coming. The décor is modern and has a very clean feel. I’m here on a Sunday at 1pm and there about 3 patrons total. So it’s not very social but you can bring your large group here and be seated with no problem. I ordered the breakfast tacos. They were pretty good, nothing that stands out however. It’s a safe choice. The service was average but I’m not sure why the food took so long when there were so few customers. This place definitely has potential.

The food is good. The overall experience was terrible.
Everything started out fine. It’s a clean, beautiful restaurant. We placed our order and that’s when everything went downhill.
I got my food in about 15 mins. We then sat with empty drinks and without the other half of the order for another 15 – 20 mins.
When the server finally brought my boyfriends food, mine was cold. I didn’t complain, but asked for a side of jalepenos.
Those never came. At about 40 mins after I received my food, my boyfriend got up and asked again. When they finally arrived, the table next to us was paying out (they got there after us.)
Not a single apology or concern for all the things that went wrong. An apology, or any effort, would have gone a long way.
So in conclusion, the service was what left an impression. I’m so disappointed bc it has everything it needs to be a great restaurant. Won’t be back.

This is a nice place to go for brunch. If you sit outside you get a refreshing view of the park behind it. The food was alright. A little under seasoned for sure. On the upside there are $ 1 mimosas. The service was great too and probably why I gave this place 4 stars instead of three. I just hope they redo there menu/​food.

It’s a same nice patio and location with new owner, name and menu. Variety of brunch options, good food, not great.
Not enough staff so service was slow, restaurant offered drink on the house to make up for it. Menu said Guinness on tap (was out of order). Rated 4 star for location (Addison, park, patio), decent menu options (for all types) and dog friendly.
