I honestly, couldn’t make this up if I tried, but this is our story. Years ago, we all worked for different plumbing companies and were convinced we could do it better. So, I started Drip Drop Plumbing. Within weeks of opening up, I quickly realized I needed help running the day to day operations. I was looking for someone reliable and friendly to answer phones, office management, and schedule and dispatch calls. Seeing as though Karla was my neighbor and childhood friend, I approached her with the offer to come work for me. She agreed and has been with me ever since. She is the friendly voice you hear when you call Drip Drop Plumbing. Karla will be able to schedule appointments, make sure your technician will be at your home or business in a timely manner and help you with any questions or concerns you may have.

We called up Drip Drop to help with a stopped up bathtub. For weeks we had put it off because our experiences with plumbers were absolutely horrible. Not anymore. Working with Sean at drip drop was the best experience I could possibly have. I got TWO confirmation calls from the company, and he showed up ON TIME! He was very friendly, very kind and very honest. He did the work in a timely manner and even became friends with my dog! We will absolutely be calling drop drop back up for any and all plumbing needs that we have. And I recommend you do as well.

Very professional and accommodating. They were able to come out and fix the plumbing in my house and were willing to work with my home warranty company. I used Drip Drop to remove my old bathtub and replace it with a shower base as part of a bathroom overhaul. It always makes you nervous when you’re dealing with water things but they were great! No problems at all, I’ll definitely use them again.
And they have a creative logo to go along, its not just some boring plumbing company

I called 8, yes I said 8, plumbers. These guys were the only ones that called back when they said they would. I swear I felt like a rejected teenager, sitting by the phone, waiting for plumbers to call. Drip Drop called back and scheduled a 2 hour window for which they were EARLY! Sean came in, quickly diagnosed the problem (leaky drain pipe) and fixed it in a half hour. My expectations were well exceeded by their professionalism and their promptness. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs a plumber.

Alarm on back up battery for sump pump was going off & we couldn’t get it off. Called drip drop plumbing. First guy shows up and says it’s a broken dipstick which he thought he could repair quickly & easily. Second guy (owner) shows up while 1st guy outside getting tools. Five minutes later he tells me we need a new pump and battery backup. $ 1700 minimum. Bought a new battery on our own and fixed it for $ 100.

We were hooked up with Drip Drop Plumbing through our home warranty company. I was a little nervous at first because we didn’t get to pick the plumbing company who came out, but we were not disappointed.
We moved into our home about a month ago, and after a couple weeks noticed that the hot water wasn’t lasting long… and whenever we ran the hot water for more than 10 minutes, the water heater started making some crazy noises… like a person was trapped inside it trying to get out… great!
Shaun from DDP came out during the time period that was quoted and was able to tell me pretty quickly exactly what was wrong. Unfortunately it had to be replaced, but I believe we were quoted a fair price. We were able to set up an appointment a few days later, which was great. Shaun showed up early that Saturday and from what we see so far, did a great job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, I only hope my husband didn’t bother him too much while he worked… he’s a talker haha.
No more crazy noisy water heater, woo hoo! I would definitely call Drip Drop in the future… just hope we don’t need to for a while. ;-)

They were supposed to be at my place between 8 and 10am. They called me at 8:30am and said they wouldn’t be able to make it until noon because they had a bunch of flooded apartments. From where I’m not sure because it was freezing outside.

Hired drip drop to repair a water heater vent that was installed incorrectly on a power vented unit. Dealt with Ron the owner directly. He gave me a fair price for the work. Tim was one of the guys that I’ve dealt with the repair. He was professional, competent and worked fast. The prices are fair for a licensed plumber doing the work. I would recommend them for all types of repairs in and outside the home!

We called them to come and fix our dishwasher.
When the guy showed up, he informed us that they do not fix dishwashers.
I feel that they should have informed us that they don’t do that kind of work when we made the appointment.
We had to pay the service charge, so we had him look at a couple of things while he was here, but I felt like he wanted to sell us something.

Words cannot really explain how amazing these guys are. But I will try.
I had a whole list of projects that needed to be done (install a sink, faucet, redo piping under the sink, install a dishwasher, a garbage disposal, replace two showers and a toilet) asap and they came out, inspected everything that needed to be done, gave me a quote and were done in just a few hours.
They showed up on time!

Drip Drop bills itself as the «one stop plumbing shop». I agree. If you need a plumber– these are the guys to call.
I had a sink that refused to drain. I plunged, I took the trap apart, I pleaded and after listening to it glug glug for a couple of days, I finally acquiesced to the power of the stopped drain and called in a professional.
How did I find them? Check out
a website where you can go and find home services that are all rated by the people that use them. You enter in your information and within minutes someone calls you back. Pretty slick if you ask me.
Drip Drop called me back first, made an appointment, showed up on time and fixed the issue. Quick, to the point and for a reasonable price.
So the next time you’ve got a plumbing issue– give Drip Drop a call. Funny name but great service.

Drip Drop is a BBB Member with no complaints on file, which was why I called them. Rather than the usual hourly rate with a minimum charge, Drip Drop comes out and provides a fixed quote up-​front; though they can provide a labor and materials breakdown if requested. Rates seemed comparable to other plumbers, with the «security» of the fixed quote. Plus they visit and provide the quote at no cost.
Service was friendly, professional, and quick. All-​in-​all a pretty good experience.
