Insulation: As a roofing specialist, we know the detrimental results of blocked soffit vents; usually caused by blown-​in insulation. We provide a quality blown-​in fiberglass insulation and ensure that the required ventilation needed for your attic to prolong the life of your shingle, is still an effective venting system after our work is complete.

Siding: DryTech has invested the time to earn the Certified Installer status with the Vinyl Siding Institute. What does this mean to you? Our work is subject to random inspections through third party verification.

Windows: DryTech has installed thousands of windows and are certified and registered as an EPA LEAD Renovator.

Terry possesses more than 25 years experience in the construction/​building industry in the Great Baltimore /​Washington, DC area. His wife, Julie, brings the business and marketing experience to their business. Coupling their skill sets, they have created a well regarded business and continue to develop strong relationships with homeowners they service. Terry is both a problem solver and an expert in managing many complex ongoing construction projects. Over the years, Terry has developed a consultative approach with his customers, educating them to the fullest extent and laying out their available options based on their project goals.
