I recently had my entire single-​family home’s roof replaced by Central Roofing and they did an excellent job from beginning to end. They do a great job at a very competitive price and do it quickly.
Everything was fast from getting a quote to scheduling the day on which the roof would be replaced. They finished replacing the entire roof on my house within a day and a half and during the process replaced 4 skylights and changed 13 pieces of plywood that had to be replaced. They cleaned-​up very nicely before they left.
I’ve had no issues so far and after the 2016 east coast winter storm the roof passed with flying colours with no issues at all.
I highly recommend them for roofing related work. I might use them for future work on my home as I know they do siding and windows too.

I hired Central Roofing to replace a flat roof and install a couple of skylights. Communication was poor. Delays happened. The initial workmanship on the skylights was unacceptable. But worst of all:
They installed lower grade material than what I contracted for and had agreed to pay for.
The crew didn’t clean the debris that fell into the house during installation (I’m not complaining, that was in the contract’s details). As I was cleaning up the small mess, I noticed that the scraps of insulation were only ½ the thickness I’d specifically contracted for. I immediately wrote to Central Roofing to confirm.
They not only installed something other than what I hired them to do, but they only offered to cover the cost difference in materials… which when you’re talking about insulation, is ludicrous.
Once a new roof is on, there’s no way to replace the insulation under it. Fixing the problem would have required a complete redo. Since Central Roofing was so aggressively downplaying the severity of their error, I decided I didn’t want their guys back on my roof. A forced contractor is not a good contractor.
Since my contract specified the materials and I’d only paid the down payment, I figured the ball was in my court. After much deliberation, I offered to accept the job at 75% of the initial invoice. saving the single-​star rating, they accepted the offer.
Now I’m stuck with a roof that isn’t as nice as the one I tried to buy, but at least I got this one at a discount. It’s less than ideal, but at least it’s done with. The final job does look nice, the skylights were reworked to my approval, and I haven’t had any leaks.

We had an excellent experience with this company. During the heavy rains from last fall, my Mother’s house needed a new roof. We received a few estimates and Central’s was the most informative and much less expensive then one high pressure company. They did not pressure me at all, which was great. The company has been in business for a long time and they were very knowledgeable and more importantly honest. The job went perfectly. I would definitely recommend using them for roofing work. I will call them again when we need windows.

Great company to do business with. They installed a new roof after removing the old one and it looks great. Also I had them remove my old aluminum siding and install new vinyl siding with all new trim. My house looks beautiful. JG

My husband and I had roof damage in one of the recent storms. I made and appointment with Central for 8 AM, 2 weeks ago. By 8:30 I called. They said they would call me back once they figured out what was going on. No call, then when I called back, they said I was not in their system for an appointment and they hung up on me.
I am not very happy with them. If I could, i would say no stars.
